Tried this place for the first time and reviewed it a few months back and I've been going about once a month since then and each time my experience is less pleasant than the last. Today will be the final time I spend my money at this establishment.
I got an automated text requesting feedback. I had a few minutes, so I obliged this time and decided to fill it out. I simply stated that "the special drinks of the day should have a price listed by them." To then receive a reply message from a different number within minutes was shocking. What was even more off putting is that whoever was replying to me wanted to be argumentative when YOU ASKED ME FOR FEEDBACK! I have never experienced this before and find it to be extremely unprofessional.
I kept my review earlier short and sweet however:

I come to this location and get 3-4 drinks every weekend for my family. Today I got to see the nastiest behavior from an employee in the serving industry. While I was waiting to place my order, one of your female employees preparing a tea drink, overfill the cup and instead of walking to the sink and dumping out a bit, she turned her back to the counter, raised her arms and took a drink from it, as she walked towards the wall, you could clearly see there was 1/5 inch missing from the top. She then came to the front, placed the same drink into the machine and placed a plastic cover over it... she then called on the person who ordered it and dispensed the drink.
As a Physician in the middle of a pandemic, I found this to be beyond disturbing and rather nasty!!! When the male employee came over to take my order, i told him what I saw and he looked confused (as if he couldn't believe it), nevertheless he went ahead and excused her behavior by lying and saying she was making herself a drink. When I clearly saw the same drink (color, ice level and drink leve) be the same one she carried to the frontafter taking a sip.
Please check your cameras. For the Healthcare of all individuals visiting your teahouse and those doing their best to take care of their families during this horrible time, please advise your nasty employee to use proper sanitary protocols. Read moreOn Monday 06/03/2024 at 7:23pm I called in and placed an order for 2 #1Teahouse cream tea’s add brown sugar and tapioca. I also order 2 popcorn chicken. I was told my order would be ready in 10min. I arrived to the establishment around 7:35pm stood in line and paid for the items which were not ready. I was told to wait another 5 min.Approximately 10min later the lady behind the counter informed me that they did not have enough popcorn chicken after I already paid. She offered to replace it with another drink. I accepted the offer and requested that drink to be the same as the others. About 5 min later I was called up to receive my order and to my surprise there was no tapioca and either of the drinks. She told me she would fix the issue just give her a couple min. 5 minutes later I received my order and headed back to my job which I was late from break due to the inconvenience I experienced at the establishment. When I arrived back to work I took a sip of the tea only to realize it was unsweetened when I clearly asked for brown sugar. My entire order was incorrect.
