Will not be returning to this establishment. The employee were cold and not inviting. After walking around the showroom and not finding anything to our taste, we proceed to exit the establishment and on the way out my child was stopped and accused of taking a dart from the store. The female employee stated that she saw my child put something in their pocket, which was a acorn that they had pick up outside. No my idea of a " child friendly environment ". Next time this establishment decide to wrongfully accuse a child, first confront the parent, not the child. Now I have a child that doesn't even want a free acorn that was found on the street fearing that a stranger is going to accuse them of stealing it. Definitely no a child friendly establishment nor environment. I would not recommend any parent entering this establishment with a child. If the owners are reading this you need to retrain all your employees if you chose to stay in this line of business and is that was the owner or one of the owners you should close your doors and pursue a different business that do not included...

I have been to a few of these types of toy stores and really liked this one. As we all do, I price compared on Amazon....now, even if more expensive I will still "shop small"; however, if a toy is $20 on Amazon and $60 in the store that is different. In this store the prices were close to the cheapest on most things and were actually less expensive on the 3 things I purchased. They do good with their pricing. The owner is friendly and is all about trying things out first. I enjoyed this store a lot. Probably the only reason to go to Dahlonega and would go back for that (I get excited about Christmas and do not get the hype for this town at christmas. It's ok and would be a treat to drive through by accident, but I think the age of instagram and tik tok made this seem way too awesome of a town. A simple square with a few white lights draped around and a long line for a Cinderella type horse and carriage. So, glad this toy...

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, showing absolutely no interest in resolving my issue.

I had a problem with a product I purchased from their website, and when I reached out to their support team (owner John)I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of concern. The owner seemed more interested in arguing with me than finding a solution to my problem.

John the owner sounded like an uneducated parrot with his, “my employee shouldn’t have said they, she was authorized to give that info”… well John, that’s on you and your horrible customer service.

I have never experienced such poor customer service, and I will never be doing business with this company again. I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs, as their lack of care for their customers is...
