Overall, I have had a terrible experience with Paul Thomas Chocolates. I live in Virginia and have heard great and raving reviews of this place and decided to try them out. First, these are way too expensive. 6 little pieces of chocolate for 40 dollars. Seems a little outrageous. Secondly, the order for the truffles I placed was wrong , keep in mind I had received a call from the employee who packed my order and the girl called me to make sure the order was right, verifying what I wanted and made any replacements for what was unavailable and making sure to let me know I would receive get 20 truffles. However I received 16, two of the four flavors I requested were wrong even after the phone verification. Upon opening my chocolates, there was more paper stuffing in the box than chocolate. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire experience and will never purchase...
