I would like to acknowledge Amanda for her excellent and exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I placed an order and there were major shipping and handling delays. I initially ordered Mac lipstick pink plaid which I learned from my local store that lipstick has been discontinued since last year. So I contacted this location which was the only location in the nation that had this lipstick and they only had one remaining. The hunt was on.
However, through all of the delays, the setbacks and even some of the frustrations, Amanda made sure that she was in constant communication with me whenever I contacted her she responded to my calls in a timely manner. She was completely transparent and she really led with her heart, with her intelligent, and with the customer first in mind.
She made sure that I received my products and she went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I am thoroughly enthused and grateful for my products that arrived and I just would like to thank her for her customer service, humanity, her professionalism, and her leadership.

Read moreThis place is a hit or miss which I guess is expected for an outlet store. The aggravation is Sometimes this store is not open even though the mall is. So I called to make sure so that I didn’t make a blank trip. No one answered. I called Mall management to confirm if the store was still in business, and I was told it was. I took my chances and drove to the store. When I arrive, there was one employee working in the store was completely empty. I asked the employee why is it that the store is often closed when the mall is open and why does no one ever answer the phone. She said it was because the store at one point only had one employee but now they’re up to three. I guess I’m just happy that this trip to the store given that it is 35 minutes from my home had what I was looking for. Read moreI went there today and was so excited to get such a great deal on prestige makeup. I work in cosmetics and have been working for 5 years. I bought a concealer and checked it to find that it has been used. On the receipt, it says it can be exchanged if the merchandise is defective. I consider used makeup defective. I went back to get it exchanged and the lady tells me I have to wait for the store manager in order to exchange it. I don’t understand how you are running a store by yourself and don’t have the authority to handle a customer issue. I work and don’t have time to come back and I don’t feel like I should have to in order to just get an unused concealer.
