This was my first time ordering in person as I ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteak meals one with everything and the other without mushrooms, onions and green peppers. I also ordered a side cheese bacon ranch fries on 6/1 which was an order placed over the phone and the representative (Hank) rushed placing the order. When arriving home I noticed to my dissatisfaction the order was completely incorrect with the exception of the two Strawberry Lemonade order. I called the store and asked for a store manager (who failed to provide his name) and on top of that he answered the phone with a simple "Hello." Wasn't even sure I was calling Charley's Philly Steak. I expressed to him that my order was incorrect in which he asked for a receipt and time of order and asked that I come back with the receipt and they would remake the order. My daughter returned with the food and receipt as per requested and as the order was being made correctly there was a smart retort by Hank to my daughter stating" Do you see it on the grill" and might I add with so much unprofessionalism. Once the food was prepared she then asked for a receipt and Hank proceeded to say "OK" and instead of providing her with the receipt she brought in in the first place he disregarded her request and continued to assist other customers in line placing an order. This was the worst customer experience I have experienced in quite some time. I understand the mall is a busy atmosphere and they may be extremely busy with to go orders as well as in person orders since the mall has reopened but customer service goes along ways and why "she" my daughter be taunted because YOU all messed up our order that we paid for. I am extremely infuriated with the treatment that was presented today and will not order from this location ever again. Tonight we decided to go back to the Potomac Mills Mall and try their chicken and cheese subs, I got the Buffalo Chicken and my boyfriend got a regular chicken and cheese sub as we are heading home I decided to check the subs once I did I noticed that both subs look completely the same we decided to go back and get them to fix my Buffalo Chicken sub. Well the employees seem annoyed that I was explaining to them that both subs looked the same they tell me that no one is Buffalo and the other is not I asked where the Buffalo sauce was they told me it's mixed in with the chicken I have no issues with that as some restaurants do that the problem I had was there was no sauce in the chicken at all it was very bland also very soggy. It seems like they used a dab of hot sauce was not put together like the last time. It was very busy and and maybe they were just trying to get everyone order out in a fashionable time. When we arrived, my spouse went inside to get our food. When he came back, he didnāt have any food with him. He stated that the employees said they closed 10 mins ago. They were able to pull up both of our orders but stated they werenāt making our food and there was nothing else they could do.Two minutes later, I received a call from the employee. He stated he couldnāt make my food. I stated that they were supposed to close in 4 minutes since it was now 7:56PM and he told me they were busy and didnāt have customers so they closed early. After that I replied āIām a customer.. here to pick up my 2 separate orders but because you decided to close early, now Iām stuck looking for dinner.ā I asked him for his name and his manager and corporates number but he didnāt give it to me. He instead, hung up the phone. When we went back inside, everyone at Charleys was gone. I used my rewards on the app as well and canāt get those back. Iām very unhappy and dissatisfied.
