Black Swan Saloon — Restaurant in Dallas

Waited in line to get in... got a beer really quick... then i started to puff on my vapor pen... a staff member came up to me and politely not vape in there because one of the bartenders is highly allergic to vapor smoke... i said ok no problem... while i was talking with my friends about 10 mins later and i had my vapor pen in my pocket and took a puff because i accidentally forgot... the bartender tapped me on the shoulder and before he could even speak i realized what i did quickly apologized before he could even speak... he got an attitude and said this is the second warning... i apologized and turned to tell my friends that they cannot vape... then i wanted to buy my friends a round of drinks and shots... waited like 10 mins standing there with my drink and they would not wait on me... 15mins.... my friends kept asking... whats taking so long... eventually they wanted to leave because they wouldn't wait on me and left me there so i could get my card back... eventually one of my friends came back in and she literally had to scream at one of the bartenders to get my card back so i could leave... we went across the street and they didn't have a problem with our vapor pens and we spent lots of money there buying drinks and shots... i will never go back to black swan... what a...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Black Swan, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My first stop right off the airplane from Quebec, this bar set the tone for a great trip. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the unique cowboy thematic decor, particularly the Québec Star Wars posters in French, which added a fun and nostalgic touch.

The bartender, Millie, was incredibly sweet and attentive. Her dedication to crafting the perfect cocktail was evident in every drink she made. I asked for a custom cocktail, and she didn’t disappoint – the attention to detail and the balance of flavors were spot on.

What stood out most about Black Swan was its integrated vibe. The place was buzzing with a diverse crowd, representing a wonderful mix of cultures. It felt welcoming and inclusive, a true reflection of the city’s spirit. Whether you’re a local or a traveler like me, you’ll find the atmosphere inviting and vibrant.

I’ll definitely be back on...

The owner, Gabe, is a palate pleasing, cocktail experience maker extraordinaire! He's definitely one of (if not) THE best in Dallas slanging dem crafty drinky drinks and is genuinely a great human being too. ALL the tenders of bar here are absolutely legit, not just Gabe!

Just let him or any of the talent behind the bar know of any possible allergies, your likes & dislikes, and your wants & desires regarding alcoholic libations and he/they will craft you a cocktail that is on point and exactly what you were looking for........ So much so in fact, that you may find yourself craving a Black Swan master made cocktail while at another bar where the drinks are probably Blah.
