Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

I didn't know the employees were told to turn down money! While waiting in line for my order for over 10 min I asked to purchase 2 large drinks. I initially did not want them, but decided to as I was waiting for awhile. The entire time the guy in the window stood in the same spot. When I asked to purchase 2 drinks he looks at me with a scowl and asked why I didn't order at the window. Well hell excuse me! You're standing in front of the machine! I decided to go elsewhere. I would have left the food, but I paid for it already. Then he proceeds to plead his case to some kid instead of apologizing to me! Two questions I have- was it because I'm a woman or black?!?!?! My mozzarella sticks are burned. Thank you burger King for an evening of rude, flat-big headed employees, and food that I wasted my money on! If I could give zero Stars I would I just left this Wednesday morning at 1037 ordering brunch I was treated very rude because I made an honest mistake and thought that veggies all the way meant lettuce tomato pickle and onion when I get to the window the cashier taste my car gets me the order and when I received my order I noticed I didn't have it only lettuce on my fish sandwich and only pickle and onion on my burger when I asked for all the veggies on both of them I was treated very rude I was charged 25 cents and the window was slammed in my face when I asked for a name I was not giving her name she was being very tacky I asked why she said she wasn't being rude I even apologize and I asked for her name she would not give me her name it was too young ladies neither had name tags on but I don't appreciate the customer service I was given by these two ladies I suggest you have people that can deal with people that makes mistakes working for you and I will be reaching out to corporate because this is very unprofessional and...

Me and a friend came to eat here because we haven't had BK in awhile. We ordered our food and walked to the table and I immediately went back to the counter after we ordered to add something and stood their for 3-4 minutes and not one person was in the kitchen doing anything. There were 3 employees standing behind me talking and did not acknowledge me or call anybody. Finally people started coming from the back. I ordered and went to my table. Sat there for another 12-14 minutes before calling my ticket number. Felt like forever. While we were eating most of the staff sits down in the both across the dining room and starts gossiping using non family friendly language. Also a booth by us has what I can tell is either an employees belongings or someone's trash they left in the booth. Won't be coming back to this...
