Similarly, while the class offered cocktails, there were limited options for those who prefer non-alcoholic beverages. Providing a broader selection or alternatives would enhance inclusivity for all participants. A noteworthy positive is their willingness to accommodate of dietary restrictions. One notable area for improvement is the responsiveness of the customer service team. I filled out a contact form a week ago and have yet to receive a response. Timely communication is essential for customer satisfaction, and this aspect fell short of expectations. I recently had the most incredible experience at Coco and Shea Dallas, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the staff. They truly know how to make you feel welcome, and being greeted with complimentary champagne was such a lovely touch.

The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. Not only did they expertly guide us through the candle-making process, but they also took the time to connect with each member of the class, ensuring that everyone felt valued and included. I had no idea making candles would be such a meticulous process. Holland is so understanding, patient, and knowledgeable about the candlemaking process. Our adults only experience included refreshing water, a delicious charcuterie board for two, one glass of champagne, and one cocktail/mocktail - trust me, it was more than enough!
