Tess at the sushi bar is a shining example of exceptional service and hospitality. From the moment my party and I were seated, Tess greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her professionalism and attentiveness throughout the meal truly enhanced our dining experience.
Not only was Tess knowledgeable about the menu, but she also took the time to patiently explain various sushi options and recommend her personal favorites. Her suggestions were spot-on, and each dish she recommended exceeded our expectations.
What truly stood out about Tess was her impeccable timing and attention to detail. She anticipated our needs before we even realized them, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and our plates were promptly cleared. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the sushi bar, Tess remained composed and focused, providing each guest with the same level of dedicated service.
Beyond her exceptional service skills, Tess exuded a genuine passion for her work, evident in the way she engaged with customers and shared her love for sushi. Her friendly demeanor and infectious enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere that made our dining experience truly memorable.
In addition to Tess's stellar service, the sushi bar itself boasted a delightful array of fresh and expertly crafted dishes. From traditional nigiri to innovative rolls, each bite was a culinary delight that left us craving more.
Overall, my experience at the sushi bar, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Tess, was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for a memorable dining experience, and be sure to request Tess as your server for an unparalleled level of...
Read moreEverything started off great upon entering, but once we began ordering our drinks, it was downhill from there. There’s nothing worse than going to a restaurant and them pretending to be fancy but really they’re giving the equivalent to an Applebee’s or Fridays experience or perhaps a diner. I ordered a glass of champagne and the server brought me Prosecco. I asked him what kind of champagne it was and he told me…Oh it’s not champagne. it’s Prosecco. I didn’t want to bring you, the most expensive thing on the menu. I told him that there’s a difference between Prosecco and champagne and if a client asked for champagne, that is exactly what they want. I didn’t ask him how much it cost so I was surprised he mentioned that. I told him when a client is requesting something and there’s multiple options, then he should have walked me through the process and allowed me to choose from the menu that he brought, but there was no menu brought, and he just assumed. The sushi was drenched in sauce to the point I couldn’t even pick it up with the chopsticks. Subpar food and service at best. I would never recommend nor will I ever come here again. Oh, and I left out the white colored espresso martini with...
Read moreI came here on a whim with my husband, we love to try new spots but our experience left a bad taste in our mouths.
The food was delicious and the service was nice but when we ordered, we asked our waitress to include one of the chef’s favorites in our order. We do this often and have never had an issue in the past. It allows us to step out of our comfort zones.
This time, because of the time frame we came (around 4pm) there really weren’t too many other patrons in the restaurant. Our waitress said she’d ask the chef and because of the open floor plan, we are in direct view of there they prepare the sushi.
We watched as our waitress asked the chef in Spanish if he could include one of his favorite sushi rolls, and I kid you not, he responds “yeah I’ll give them the pendejo roll” which if you understand Spanish very derogatory.
We told the waitress what we witnessed when she came back and she tried to play it off but it was what it was already.
We left and we will never return, it’s so unfortunate because finding a legitimate spot is already hard as is, but choosing to make a customer that they didn’t even know feel like that, I can’t say anything other than we’re...
