Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

Went to this Subway for dinner awful Cockrell Hill the guy who greeted us was wonderful very friendly and very professional although they did not have my bread which was a flat bread and they no longer sold the jalapeno cheese bread which were both bombers because that's why we went we still got sandwiches to footlongs 1 bacon chicken ranch Deluxe and the guy gave us a nice amount of meat bacon and the bread was toasted just fine and the other sandwich was a Philly cheese steak Deluxe also with enough meat and toast it fine he even accommodated my friend and mix the cheese with American and pepper jack he was very attentive to our sandwiches when I asked for extra olives he gave me a big helping of Olives I love olives he made sure to make my sandwich nice and wet the way did I like it with extra mayonnaise and ranch needless to say these were two of the best sandwiches we had we enjoyed them very very much he even offered us drinks chips and cookies but we only want two sandwiches so I would like to say thank you to the guy that took care of us you are what customer service...

HORRIBLE service! Placed an online order thru the subway app for delivery I NEVER received my order called Subway and the manager said I had to call DoorDash I called DoorDash and they obviously cannot give me much information due to me not placing the order on their app. I called Subway again and the manager says they do not have a delivery option on their app and that I placed the order thru DoorDash I went to the store to show him I placed the order thru their app he then said well either way we will NOT refund you only customer care can refund you. Needless to say I ended up with no food and out $40. The manager and the other associate who would not address me directly kept speaking a different language and were more concerned about the driver who picked up the order not speaking English. I have never in my life had to have a bad experience at Subway it was my first time. I got there at 9:10 and they close at 9:30 I was in line for like 10 mins because there was a lot of people there. They guy who made my subs was in a rush very rude trying to get everyone out of there. Making unnecessary sounds, and giving ugly looks to people who where walking in. At 9:17 I paid and I was going to eat there because I was driving and it was going to hard for me to eat a sub and drive so as I am paying the guy asked me if I was going to eat there because they were about to close.
