The scheduling and logistics at this business is poor. I scheduled an 8am appointment (one of the first of the day) and sat in the lobby with 5 other people for 25 mins. Checked with the front desk to confirm my appointment was 8am. The answer “yes, we’re just waiting for the doctor to arrive”. Checked again at 8:40am “we only have 2 technicians and you’re next”. They finally called me back at 8:43am. They looked at my chart while we walked and sat me in their 2nd waiting room where I remained for the next 7 minutes. They then moved me to a patient room where I continued to wait. Finally, after 1 hour 10 minutes total wait time, I saw the doctor. This is not the first time I’ve waited excessively at this office. I do not recommend this medical office when there are plenty of others around with better consideration for their patient’s time. Read more4 stars all for the back office, losing a star for the front office and the back and forth . Ive been here a couple of times, back office staff and DRs are fantastic. Front office staff is rude, process for check in and out is odd. you have to go across the hall to have somebody tell you that you have benefits , I already know I have them and what they are but then you go back over to the clinic to tell them you have benefits. I could have told you that. Then when you check out they really do push you back over to the lense and frame side to check out . I’m not buying my lenses and frames from that side and again she told me what my benefits were, one more time I know. Original review: When I finally got to see the doctor, she was fantastic! However, I waited for an hour in a very full waiting room. I ordered glasses after the appointment received a call that they were ready and drove down only to find the optical shop closed, even though I was told over the phone that they would be open and the hours posted said they were open. I just tried to call to see if I could get my glasses transferred to their other location and the optical shop’s voicemail was full.
