🚨 RENTERS BEWARE! 🚨 DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save your money and look elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of this place. Trust me, you will regret it!
SEE ATTACHED PICS.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT It’s only going downhill from here. The new leasing agent didn’t even know where the trash was located—seriously? No first-day orientation? She’s clueless about the layouts they’re leasing! And don’t even get me started on the new property manager—absolutely unprofessional and unresponsive.
CONSTANT PACKAGE THEFT Do you like losing your packages? Because you will here! The mailroom is a complete disaster—packages are often left outside if delivery drivers can’t access the “package room,” especially late at night.
I’ve lost three packages in eight months, totaling over $400. I was promised they’d “look into it,” but guess what? Never heard back, and my packages are gone. Residents are so fed up there’s an actual petition circulating (see photos).
RIDICULOUSLY LIMITED VISITOR PARKING The building only has 3-5 visitor parking spots for everyone. Yep, you read that right. You’ll end up paying for street parking—if you can find any—and likely rack up parking tickets (happens all the time).
FILTHY COMMON AREAS If you enjoy chaos and dirt, this is your dream home! The hallways, trash rooms, and carpets are always dirty, and cleaning crews are either nonexistent or ineffective. Roaches? Oh, don’t worry—they love it here too.
And the gym? Good luck finding toilet paper or hand wipes in the bathrooms. It’s laughable.
OUT-OF-CONTROL POOL AREA During the summer, the pool is packed—despite the “two-guest-per-resident” rule. Large groups who don’t live here take over the pool regularly. What you see during your tour? Lipstick on a pig.
ZERO SECURITY The building’s security is a joke. Cameras only cover the first floor, and doors don’t close properly. I personally had to report a broken door on my floor, and no one had even noticed. Random people roam the building at all hours—even 3 a.m.
MISMANAGED “LUXURY” AMENITIES Still tempted by the new building, the sky lounge, the pool, and the golf simulator? Don’t bother. They’re barely functional, and you’ll likely never get to use them.
FINAL WARNING: This building is poorly managed, lacks basic systems, and is run by staff who ignore residents and fail to follow through on simple requests. Management turnover has made things worse.
If you enjoy being ignored, losing packages, and living in chaos, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and stay...

When I first chose this apartment, I was genuinely excited. The leasing office assured me I would be on the first floor, and everything seemed to align with what I was looking for. However, on move-in day, I arrived to find mold in the unit. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management offered to simply paint over it, which was completely unacceptable. At that point, I had already moved out of my previous residence and had nowhere else to go. With all of my belongings in hand and no immediate alternatives, I had no choice but to accept another unit—on a different floor and at a higher price.
Unfortunately, my experience only deteriorated from there: • The walls were extremely thin, making it impossible to have any peace. I could hear my upstairs neighbor’s every movement—not because they were excessively loud, but because of the poor construction. • My unit was located in the inner courtyard, meaning that even normal conversations on balconies at night carried into my bedroom, disrupting my sleep. • Flooding and leaks were ongoing issues that took far too long to be addressed. • My car was broken into, and there were no security measures in place to prevent such incidents. • Multiple packages were stolen, yet management did nothing to address the situation.
After enduring all of these issues, I went to the leasing office to express my concerns. I spoke with Andrea, hoping for a reasonable conversation about the challenges I was facing. One of the times, she stated that I made her feel “unsafe”— This comment was not only unwarranted but deeply troubling. It was clear that my presence as a Black woman raising valid concerns was being unfairly framed as a threat rather than a legitimate tenant issue. This kind of response is unacceptable, especially when I was simply advocating for myself regarding the conditions in my unit.
Ultimately, I was allowed to move out, but despite the significant inconveniences and security concerns, I was still required to pay two months’ rent upon leaving.
This experience was profoundly disappointing. Between the poor construction, lack of security, and management, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to explore other options where tenant concerns are taken seriously and where security and maintenance are properly...
Read moreBeautiful apartment, brand new, well kept in terms of cleanliness. The leasing office staff are also super sweet!
However, lately there have been several problems in the apartment. First of all, why allow people to reserve elevators when you know there’s only one working elevator in the entire building. It’s ridiculous because even if someone is moving in, they don’t need to stop the elevator all for themselves! To make it worse, the elevator even when not reserved is sometimes broken.
It’s like the tech aspect of the apartment is just a mess. The garage doors are always broken as well. And weirdly, there are no safety mirrors on the second to fifth floor garages, so it’s impossible to see if another car is coming. A literal hazard! Please do something about this before someone crashes their car!!!
Don’t get me started with the mailroom. A MESS! there’s no point in having a luxer when nothing in the room is actually protected. It’s just one big mailroom and they place your items on shelves that ANYONE can just take. Please consider using the actual luxer mailbox type service because hunting down packages when there’s too much in that room and having some stolen is not it!
Recently the fire alarm has been going off constantly. If you are testing the fire alarm, please notify residents in advance so we don’t panic for no reason. Sending out messages AFTER the fact does very little to help.
The pool the pool the pool. After stepping on a couple of debris and cutting my feet, I have been too annoyed to step in.
Last night the lights went off. It started by going in and out and we were even scared our appliances were going to get damaged so had to unplug a few. Then the lights go completely off in the entire...
