To My Fellow Customers,

I usually try to give grace and benefit of the doubt, but, I feel it’s only right to share what happened in hopes of preventing it from happening to someone else.

I recently made a purchase at this establishment, and to my shock and deep disappointment, the amount charged to my card did not match what was printed on my receipt. What’s most unsettling is that the receipt reflected the price I approved — only for the final charge on my bank statement to be mysteriously higher by $2.50. It may not seem like much at a glance, but if it’s happening to others too, it adds up quickly — and that’s unacceptable.

I don’t know how many times this may have happened without me noticing, and that’s what hurts the most. I’m a hardworking mother, careful with where and how I spend my money, and I trusted this place to treat me fairly. That trust has now been broken. To feel like your money is being quietly taken after a transaction is complete is not only frustrating — it’s violating.

What’s even more upsetting is the lack of accountability. I expected better from a business that operates in our community. Integrity matters. And when the staff doesn’t uphold it, it reflects on the entire establishment.

So this is where I draw the line. I will no longer support this business, and I encourage others to pay very close attention to their receipts and bank statements if they choose to shop here. As for me, I refuse to spend another dollar in a place where honesty isn’t part of the service. DONT USE DEBIT CARDS IF U HAVE TO SHOP HERE CASH ONLY.

We work too hard to be taken advantage of — even for “just” a few dollars.

Do not recommend! I visited on 4/19/2023. I was in line to order, the older woman in the pink shirt helped the customer behind me and when I spoke up I was ignored. The others at the counter did not speak up or take control of the situation. This was an embarrassing situation and I can understand maybe confusion on the employees part, however no one working there spoke up or addressed issue. I live in the area and have been there several times without any issues. I have reached out by phone, no answer, only an outdated voicemail that says the company is closed. Sent a message on Facebook messenger requesting a callback. No response. I can’t believe a business cannot be easily contacted or take feedback to address issues. This place has went downhill ever since the owner rented out the place to a hispanic lady who does not even speak english to begin with. The quality, atmosphere and lack of morality is complete chaos. From an older employee who is still there, she stated the new owner fired all the old staff and hired her daughters who are only there for a paycheck and could care less of customers. She turned the place into a flea market practically, she sells blankets, clothing and god knows what else behind the counter. Thats a health hazard to me personally.The prices of the doughnuts, popcorn, sodas etc have went up drastically as well. I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from here.
