UPDATE: RUDE RESPONSE & FALSE ACCUSATIONS 2nd review: First, I was not late. My Uber dropped me off at 7:59 PM, and I walked in at 8:00 PM sharp — I have a screenshot to prove it. Please don’t misrepresent the situation.Yes, I was frustrated and understandably so. I was simply trying to understand why I was being charged an extra $20, even though the appointment was already paid for. I was not inappropriate; I asked valid questions about a policy that makes no sense. The massage was booked under my sister’s name, but I was the one receiving the service, so why should it matter whose name is on the booking if it’s paid for?The fact that your response ignores explaining the reasoning behind this charge, and instead focuses on blaming the customer, only reinforces the idea that this is a scammy practice with no real justification. This has nothing to do with “using someone else’s membership through another vendor” I booked a massage, showed up on time, paid the fee despite the lack of transparency, and received a service that was shorter and lower quality than promised. That’s the real issue here. Please don’t deflect with vague accusations. If you truly care about improving the client experience, start by addressing policies that clearly don’t make sense. First review: I do not recommend this place — it felt like a scam. Zero customer service or professionalism. My sister booked a massage for me under her name, and because I wasn’t the person who made the booking, they charged me a $20 fee, claiming it was part of their policy. That makes no sense at all — this isn’t a hospital or a legal office. Why should it matter who booked it if it was already paid for? The massage was scheduled from 8:00 to 8:50. After wasting time going back and forth about the extra charge, I finally agreed to pay it because I really needed the massage for my shoulder pain. I went in expecting a 50-minute session but only got 40 minutes. When I asked why, they told me it was because I went in late — even though it was their policy issue that delayed me. On top of that, the massage itself was extremely disappointing. I requested medium to hard pressure, but it felt more like someone lightly patting me — completely ineffective. To top it off, when checking out, they required a mandatory tip between 20% to 30%. After everything, this place left a really bad impression. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

UPDATE: FRONT DESK ADDED ***NON TIPPER** TO MY NAME AND WAS SENT IN AN EMAIK TO ME. After I left, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I said no because of the experience I had. After I left, I received an email and saw that someone at the desk added non tipper to my name. I called and told them they were not entitled to a tip, especially after bad service, and that it was very unprofessional of them, and that I’d like to talk to the manager. The person who wanted the phone claimed she had no idea who did it. I was just there 20 mins prior, and there were only two people at the desk. I was told the manager would call me that same day (the appointment was only for 1pm) and I didn’t get a call back. I called closer to the end of the day, and was told that the manager left and would call me the following week. I used to be happy coming here and now will tell my friends to never come. I’ve booked here multiple times before and have been able to use the service for other friends in the past. I was never told this was against the rules. Today, I brought a guest and was informed that their policy wouldn’t let me do it and had to pay a fee or accept a no show fee (which would have been $65). I was okay with paying the guest fee, but it took forever to be able to because I had to play a game of telephone between the receptionist, Illiana, and a virtual manager, Jacob. He gaslighted me and was completely rude and didn’t care because I booked on ClassPass. The receptionist didn’t even know how to work the square machine for me to pay the fee with. My guest didn’t start until almost 15 mins after the appointment time and would not be given more time to make up for it. I are if there was another manager on site, or where he was located so that I could talk to someone in person, and was just told it was none of my business. unprofessional and ruined the experience. I imagine that even if they do see this review they will try to gaslight me again or not even respond.

I love my body contour massages with my girl Angela! She’ll get you right every time! Her hands are so soft and gentle and relaxing. She is very warm and personable and always makes me feel so welcome when I walk into the building and during and after my appointment as well. I have been seeing her for my massages for almost a year now and I could not recommend her enough! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! And the results from her body contour massages are phenomenal. I notice the differences in tone and muscle definition on my stomach especially when it’s a few days after my appointment. Definitely book with Angela, you won’t be...
