Game On! Amusement Game Rentals — Local services in Dallas

I used Game On for a surprise casino themed 50th birthday event for my spouse! The entire experience was exceptional! The customer service from the very first call to get the party scheduled was above and beyond.

Rachael was fantastic in helping me figure out the number of tables needed for the amount of people that RSVP'd and made the process so effortless and easy!

The dealers at the event were TOP NOTCH and so professional!!! Renae, Kevin, Barbara, Brittanie, Caroleanne, Darnell, and Jim truly made the casino party such a hit - They were absolutely awesome with teaching people craps, blackjack, poker, etc... as many of our guests have never played. They took the intimidation out of it and got almost all our guests playing at the tables. I received SO many compliments and kudos for the staff and tables! They all talked about what a great time they had!

I cannot recommend Game On enough! Definitely will be using them again for future events/parties!!! Thank you for helping make this small event so special...

From beginning to end they were SOOOOOOO easy to work with! One of the problems I usually have with event vendors is how impossible it is to get onto my company's property due to size, security and protocols. No such issue with Game On, these guys were such professionals, they were exactly where they were supposed to be at the exact time they said they would be there. They communicated effectively from the first question to follow up. I never worried about a thing, which as any event coordinator can tell you, is exactly what you are looking for in a company that is holding your reputation on the line.

I'm giving one star and all the stars for the salesman Kevin in this group he was very good with me the sad thing in the reason I'm not giving the rest of the many stars the policy for rain with other companies you have a 24 hour cancelation policy with this company they make you get a 2 week cancelation policy we live in Texas if you're doing anything outdoors you will lose 100% of your money if it rains with this company why would you take the risk I asked the owner he said he would make an exception I refuse to give money to anyone who is set standards out where people...
