KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

I put an online order on the app at around 4pm and my time to pick up the order a digital exclusive 8pc chicken and tender Fill Up was at 430. I arrived at the location on Camp Wisdom at that time and was told that my order was not ready. The workers were also telling other customers it would be at 45 min wait. I said OK that is fine I will come back at 530. The worker and team lead said OK it will be ready then, I believe there was a shift change so I wanted them to make sure it was me. I came at 540 for the order. Customers were still waiting and upset. I was greeted by the manager Antonio who must have come in after that last team. I get home and realize the food is old and hard not warm and they did not have my 8pc chicken. I called the location and there was no answer. I went to the location again for the third time and told them of the situation. I explained all that is written before and there was no urgency but more of a hesitancy and attitudes from an older Hispanic manager. The younger workers tried to make the situation better, but chicken was still behind, and they said it would be another wait time. I told the workers no it is fine, and I would like a refund. The Hispanic older manager talked to me harshly never apologized and walked off. The older manager had the younger workers a number to call because since it was online, they could do nothing. After she did that I was over the whole situation because how I will I negate this payment and truly get the refund. The manager Antonio happened to finish speaking with another person. I explained everything to him, and he basically said again you can wait or just get a refund from the merchant one of the fryers are down today. I am so sorry to say but this particular KFC service I rate them a one I came in today August the 6th around 2:20 pm. I order a three-piece white crispy meal consist of a breast and two wings mashed potatoes and gravy macaroni and cheese a large drink and a jalapeno pepper. When the cashier gave me my order it was another guy there and he pacifically read my order back but when I checked my order they did not give me what I ordered. They did not fry any crispy breasts or crispy Wings so when they put my order together they knew that they was giving me what they wanted me to have instead of giving me what I was paying for. The cashier specifically said that they do not have any crispy breasts or crispy wings all that they have is original chicken and they have crispy legs and crispy thighs only they gave me an original breast and two original wings and I told the cashier that my order was incorrect. she said immediately do you want me to give your money back I said absolutely.the service there is not good and not very professional they want to push you in and push you out and they want to give you what they have already prepared for that day. so I will just say moving forward if anyone continues to go to this particular KFC please check your order before you leave. service is so important but when you come to a restaurant that KFC has been around for years they have lost a customer service and they respect towards their customers. 7/19/2024 8:56 :9:43 Friday Night …. I will never ever come back to this KFC…. I had just made it in town from Houston… My parents requested KFC on camp wisdom… I went through the drive through.. The lady that took my order was very polite friendly and repeated my order back to me correctly… Now mind you the lobby is closed… Where it went wrong … There was no biscuits ready .. the lady that had on red shirt tied in a knot to the back with very long lashes dark complexion stated this, the guy with the dreads with two big braids and the guy with his hair standing on his head came to the window with a smile stating no Mac and cheese … I order 8 pieces with Cole slaw and Mac n cheese and 4 peppers.., Here is a example what my chicken looked like ,.. The food was horrible we ate non of this food spending almost 32 dollars rounded … I hate my black brothers and sisters represent this establishment so poorly… My wait was around 45 minutes I gave grace waiting assuming my order would be correct … no no no ..
