It’s crazy because my mom asked me if I wanted to go to this one or the one off wheatland. I told her this location since Wheatland always get your order wrong or miss some items. I ordered a number one deluxe combo with a key lime frosted lemonade. Repeated to the lady several times that it was a combo and the frozen drink. I also substituted my fries for a Mac since I had the dry deal in my rewards app. To my surprise, I get to the window and the lady hands me a regular key lime lemonade and I explained to her that’s not what I ordered. She said it’ll be an uncharge of .83 . I told her no it’s fine since the lady should’ve paid attention the first time to avoid me having to swipe my card twice. The macaroni was nasty, couldn’t even finish it. The fries did not taste like they came from the store itself, it tasted the like knockoff version that you get at Walmart, so to the manager of this location, feel free to comment for more info on this experience. I do wish for a refund on this since this experience was not pleasurable at all. Oh and not to mention, the deluxe? Yea it was not a deluxe, no cheese on my sandwich so I’m more than likely not coming back to this location or will just hold up the line until my order is correct. From the moment I walked in, she embodied the true Chick fil a values of kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.
She went above and beyond to make sure my meal was fresh and that I had everything I needed.
