I always shop from J.crew. I never do the bad reviews but tonight I went to men's Department at northpark mall for shoping because it is near to my house and at this time I have to say I never have good experience with management team some of the normal stuff are ok but very bad management they never say hi to you , they never smile , if you have question you should look for the team ( they never come to you ) and if they come they really don't help you or they usually saying " I am not sure " and they will leave you by your self , they are always talking to each other for long time or they are on them phone and they don't care about customers . tonight there was a lady(SM) that i asked her about customer service number she said : you can google it and find it by your self sir... !!!!!!! I am so sorry for J.crew team at northpark.. However I should mention that Nick(SM)at Galleria mall is a very nice and helpful guy also his team are the best team..... I always have a very good experience with all of them... I hope northpark mall also should learn from Nick...

We JUST left this location, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by someone then stood around for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help us. Finally my fiance asked for some assistance. We were there in hopes of finding my fiance's suit for our wedding. The guy that we thought would help us looked us up and down and then says "well let me get this out of the way first.." and begins to tell us the prices for just the suit jacket, he did not ask what we were looking for, our price range, not even a color!! He walks away to help someone else. Apparently he felt we couldn't afford something there so he wasn't even going to attempt to help us. This place is a joke and I guess you need to look a certain way to be allowed to shop here. We had planned on coming back next week for the groomsmen to get everything they needed and we will definitely not be returning so way to go at losing not just one...
