Jo Malone London — Local services in Dallas

The entire time I was in the store there were a minimum of 4 customers. At one point there were easily almost 10 and only 1 employee to help and greet everyone. Mia helped everyone and even spent what must have been 20 minutes on me alone helping me find a complimentary scent to add to my everyday one that I was there to repurchase. The reason for the 1 star was because there were two other employees in the store who were not greeting customers or helping anyone do anything. One was cutting ribbon in plain-view of all 10 customers and the other decided to stay at the register and check out all of Mia‘s customers, who she personally helped with instead of assisting the other customers in the store. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service by these two employees, especially given the fact that Joe Malone is a high end fragrance store. Today I visited the Jo Malone store in North Park mall and unfortunately I didn’t get any of the ladies names but the brunette was very attentive and friendly however, the blonde girl had an unfriendly personality. She came out of the back to help wrap the gift that I purchased and seemed Inconvenienced. She never acknowledged me, nor even greeted me, it was super uncomfortable to be in her presence. Aside from this, I expressed how I specifically picked Jo Malone as a gift for the packaging I saw picture of, it would be perfect for a gift for my best friend. The bag looked overstuffed and creased so I asked if maybe they had a bag a tad bigger so it would look nice but they gave me the same bag. This is such a lovely location! It is bright, clean, organized, and smells amazing. I've been a big fan of Jo Malone products for a long time, not only for their easy to layer scents but also because they contain ingredients that are actually good for your skin.
