Lacoste — Local services in Dallas

Feeling extremely disappointed. I spent over $85 on white and black t-shirts, but after washing, the threads at the bottom started coming out. I visited Lacoste at North Park Mall, where the store associate showed the shirts to the store manager. Sadly, they couldn't offer any solution or assistance and didn't even offer to fix the issue. I own many Lacoste shirts, and none of them have had this problem before. I find it hard to believe that such an established brand doesn't stand behind their product. Is this how you treat...

Went in to buy a shirt and one of the staff was very rude. If I didn’t have to wear the shirt out, I would’ve left to buy it at a different location.

Maybe it was a bad day for her. I’ve worked retail many times before and fully understand a bad day. At the same time, I did not deserve nor warrant that kind of attitude.
