If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to buy four plates of food, spending my money like any customer who deserves respect. I asked the cashier to let me taste the strawberry with citrus because I had never tried that combination before. And although she agreed, she did it with rudeness and a nasty attitude, as if she were doing me a huge favor. And although I caught one of them laughing with me, she was too rude But the worst part came after: the person serving the food was even more disrespectful. The lady with pink braids and the other two women seemed to be competing to see who could treat the customer the worst. Congratulations, you won. I didn’t ask for anything for free. I paid, and paid well. My money is not given to me for free, so the least I expect is to be treated like a person, not like an inconvenience. With that terrible attitude, the only thing you achieve is making people want to go somewhere else where they actually value customers. I will NEVER come back. And if you keep treating people this way, I wouldn’t be surprised if soon you have no customers left to treat badly.

Beyond rude service , the 2 guys there don’t like to work and speak like we’re in a library except a busy mall , why is there only 1 person running around getting everything/ serving everyone , the 2 Hispanic guys just standing there talking to each other having ti be asked for help go getting toppings in your order , and the 1 Hispanic girl cashier throwing utensils, our pita , and our drink at us , asked her 3 times for a bag - I said excuse me and please and all she did was stare at me like looking dumb staring off to space and ignored me and went to go grab stuff . So I had to reach over and grab one myself. If we wanted to be served like trash we weirdo go to a crappy fast food location. This is not the first timing dealing with them but unfortunately this is the closest location to us and the food is great . If you don’t want to serve people in a nice way don’t work in customer service it’s that simple there’s many options that don’t require customer service.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Allie at Northpark Center, and I can’t say enough about her incredible energy and positivity! From the very start, she was so engaging and attentive, making what could have been a stressful visit during the busiest time of the year an absolute delight. Despite the holiday rush and the hustle of being in one of the busiest shopping centers in Dallas, Allie handled everything with grace and a genuine smile. Her ability to stay calm, kind, and professional under pressure is truly admirable. Allie deserves all the promotions and raises! Her exceptional customer service makes her a standout, and she is undoubtedly the reason I’ll be returning to this location. Thank you, Allie, for making my experience unforgettable!

I visited this Cava location with one of my friends about a week ago. I ordered my food at another restaurant in Northpark, then met her in line. She was not greeted, and the gentleman who was putting the food in her box was short and unfriendly. I would’ve been willing to look past this, but when we got to the checkout, the older woman acted like it was the end of the world that she had to cash us out. My friend asked for a lemonade to drink, and the lady practically snapped at her that they didn’t sell it. She then asked her for a water, and the woman smirked like she’d asked the stupidest question on the planet and said that they only had sparkling water or bottled water. She also talked to the other staff members throughout the entire transaction and didn’t address us other than to tell us the cost of my friend’s meal and to (rudely) answer her questions. After we ate, my friend went to ask for a bag to carry her leftovers in, as we were still wanting to walk around the mall, and we waited in line to do so. This time, there was a woman and a man in front of us, and an elderly couple behind us. The same woman from earlier was friendly with everyone else, smiling, making conversation, etc., and when we got to the register to ask for a bag, she walked away, talking only to the gentleman in front of us about his food, then turning to her coworkers again to converse about other things. We were both trying to be considerate, but this really angered me. She wasn’t trying to refill anything, grab anything from the kitchen, or take anyone else’s order. It just seemed like she didn’t want to address my friend at all. After waiting 10 minutes, the gentleman in front of us was given his food, and she finally acknowledged us. At the very least, she could’ve told us why we were just standing there, but all we needed was a bag. When I say she acknowledged us, she just looked at us expectantly. We asked for a bag, and she practically threw it at my friend, crumpled up. My friend and I have both worked in the food industry, as well as retail and customer service, so we understand the hardships of the job, and everyone has a bad day, but the way she acted to ONLY my friend was unacceptable. Everyone else she helped was white, and my friend is Pakistani. She wears a hijab, and while I don’t necessarily want to accuse the worker of racism, it certainly appeared that way to me. She treated everyone but my friend with respect, addressed them like normal, or at the very least, acknowledged their presence. This Cava is located in a very prominent area of Dallas, and lots of people everyday interact with this woman. She may need to consider retraining, because she severely lacks good...

This extremely upsetting and disappointing that I would stand in line just to receive poor customer service. The cashier was extremely rude and I noticed that every customer was treat nice until it came to me. She was rude and very condescending. As I stated I didn’t want any tomatoes on my order so that she wouldn’t accidentally place them because I’m highly allergic. She proceeded to go back and forth with me over it saying she wasn’t going to put it. Rudely saying she wasn’t done as I was telling her what else I wanted on my bowl. After asking me several times for my number pretending not to have found my rewards account. She threw my order in a bag and threw my bag on the counter. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, however as I stated every customer before me was not treated the way she treated me. I went on to try and say what else wanted on my order, she rudely said to me I not finished. Also as I was talking to her, she threw her finger up at me saying giving me minute as she started talking in spanish to someone coming from the back. At that point I was confused as to why the terrible service was giving to me. My order was under made so I walked away from her without paying or taking my food. I would hate to think because I am a Moor(Black man) that she would treat me any different than the White or Mexican people that stood in line just as I did to order my food. I also asked for peta bread that didn’t wanted to give me any. I work in NorthPark Mall and I have eaten at this location several times. I am shocked and disgusted at their lack of respect towards me. The careless behavior was extremely inappropriate and...
