Los Arcos De Jalisco — Restaurant in Dallas

Notice: this is my experience at this restaurant, yours might be different. We went on a Saturday around 8pm. (Tip: always look at the cleanliness of the outside, it usually gives you a vision of how the inside is). It smells like sewer when you first go in but still tried it. Food is expensive 😩(which I don’t mind paying fir good service and quality of food) but aghhh 😠 those charro beans look and taste like can beans. Rice has no taste. Flour tortillas are store bought, reheat so turn hard and they are the size of a mini taco. Tacos (three very small size tortilla) asaderos 14.99 are basically ground beef 😣 parrillada for two 36.00 is the size of a large plate filled with dry meat, flour tortillas, small sauce size bowl of rice and no pico de gallo, no avocado 🥺 will I come back? Never! Will I recommended? Nope! Tip: if you don’t see any cars parked at a restaurant just pass cause there is a reason why is...

The worst restaurant to stop by and have some dinner. We first notice a small roach on the floor. Then to top it off my mother order the parillada and they serve the meat burnt and the meat was bad. We also told the waitress that the sausage was burnt so she brought some supposedly fresh. We also told her that the meat was burnt and she says well If yall want for the cook to re make it yall going to have to wait until and the tickets clear. They do not care if people get sick so my husband told the waitress if owner was there that he needed to speak to him. He wasn't there so she ended up calling him on the cell. My husband explain and told owner that if we get sick we will go back. We sent pictures and message to owner and never replied back. They don't understand they can't be serving food like that and most of all can get people sick. Never again would we stop...

I had come to eat several times with my family to this place, and they always when is time to pay had charge me extra. And also becareful with mary or maria she some time is in the register or also doing waittress. But since the first time it happend to me. I now always keep a food menu to do my count addition times the 8.25%percent while I wait for my food. So now, when is time to paid. And if is not the same amount on my account I tell them to readded the amount of my order. And from there I haf only pay what it should be paid. So guys please BEWARE and do you'll math. Cuz now almost all restaurants are doing this. They also doing it on garibaldi bazaar at lilianis restaurant supposely your childs eat free but is not. And when you check your order they don't put the childs plate but they do are charging for those plate. So guys beware...
