Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Last night got out of the cicis on samuell. And really mad. First when we arrived there where no pizzas ready, then when finally one got out it was all burned. We always order for a special pizza and been always taken to our table. My whole family and I where eating salad waiting for our order and we saw it had already been a long wait so my husband went to ask and the lady said they never do that and he started explaining that yeah it was not the first time we ordered and she started to ignore him completely he was speaking and she ignored him and all the time with her airpod on. And he asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. But That is so disrespectful. What can you expect from a person like that. Sorry but my family and I have our own business and we always try to keep the client satisfaction. Because that is what helps your restaurant unique, the client satisfaction but food not ready in a buffet? The pizza a lot of the times is dry .. they start cleaning 3 hours before they close at 11 as their hours online state, but when you ask they tell you they close at 10. They close out more than half their seating area when they are busy and leave like 5 tables for people to sit at. And if you cross to find a spot to the area they blocked they send someone to tell you something. They also blocked the gaming area and made a point to tell us we can’t go in there after someone was already in there playing. When we let them know someone is already in there it shouldn’t be a problem if we do the response was well they didn’t listen. Extremely unprofessional. Since when is blocking a whole area a corporate policy ? I get everyone wants to go home but don’t go interrupt someone’s meal to tell them they weren’t suppose to sit there after you guys left no option to sit anywhere else. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here with them doing this . Don’t start your mopping and closing duties until closer to closing time. Decided to try a Cici’s again . It’s been a while. Won’t be back ever. This location made that an easy decision. First of all the buffet price has gone up . $8.55 per person with no drink. We just wanted water but you got to by a single bottle of water or pay 2 bucks for drink cup just so can drink water from their drink station. Every restaurant on the planet gives you free water! Next , half the pizza was cold on the buffet and this is during peak lunch time. And the pizza was bland. I’ve had cheap frozen pizza better than this. And the final blow was when a lady came from the back to refill the ice. She used a dining room chair. Stood on it with her dirty shoes from the kitchen, put the chair back without even wiping it off so some poor unknowing patron can come and sit on it and eat their meal. This place was a...
