The store was having a BOGO half off sale and I ordered some items online for pick up. After I ordered, I saw an herbal scalp complex by Design Essentials was also on sale and decided I'd just pick it up when I picked up my order. Imagine my surprise when the entire shelf was out. After inquiring to staff about back stock, she confirmed that they didn't have any although their system showed inventory.

She offered to call a nearby store to see if they had it in stock, saying their store showed an inventory of 3. She contacted the store and asked if someone could physically confirm that items were on the shelf. Imagine my irritation when they said they didn't have any either.

I appreciate the staff calling, so as to not have me make a blank trip and waste my time, but seriously?? TWO stores having inaccurate inventory? Ridiculous. Don't bother ordering anything online for pickup. Chances are, they have no idea what they...

I came to this Sallys with my girlfriend to buy a few things, the girls working there watched us through the glass, walking to the door. They didn't greet us, didn't ask if we needed help or anything. They kept starring at us not saying anything. Once we check out she still didn't greet us or ask if we found everything was okay. I felt like we were disturbing the girls that worked there, they were conversating ignoring us right infront of them during check out. Worst shopping experience, I would give them negative 0 rating. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, my girlfriend and i are never coming here again! I will spend my money elsewhere with better service. Shopping online to avoid...

Store and employees were great. The manager was a different story. If anyone should be reevaluated it her. She stood in the middle of the lane on a iPad just scrolling through a internet article that wasn't even work reevaluated. After I asked her to please move so I could look at the product on the self she acted like I was in her way. This is not how you treat paying customers. She did the same thing twice. Not to mention if you want more than one of something good luck. If she had sent half the time ordering as she did on some random web site I would have given 3 stars...
