Read it all!! First off let me start off by saying i hope i could rate 0 stars. Im one of those people that look into customer service first because that gives me a first impression. There are 2 young girls as cashiers here that look like they have a stick up their ass. I went in there with my family of 6, got 63.00 worth of food.. My mom was asking questions and the cashiers were like its up in the menu. Like no shit we know its in the menu but we are asking you, why cant they answer without looking like they're being bothered, its your job as a cashier im pretty sure it includes customer service skills, like damn if you can't handle something so simple then don't work in a customer service job. Anyway my mom clearly said I want fajita sopes they didnt come with fajita only beans, cheese, crema, lettuce. $10 for 2 sopes without meat so ridic! Im not stingy with my money when it comes to food but at this point i was regretting spending that much. The girl was like you didnt say it was fajita you have to pay more for fajita. My mom was like just give me my money back. I asked the girl why she was like that and basically she didnt really care. We would have paid the extra money thats not a problem but their attitude was horrible. We left without eating any of their food. And by the looks of the reviews we...
Read moreI gave this place multiple tries hoping to like it. In theory the menu sounds so good but you walk out of there unsatisfied. Order took forever and it turns out it's because even though we ordered to eat there they packed it to go so it just sat at their front desk for a while. Until someone from the staff noticed we were sitting there without food came over and asked us what we ordered. He then proceeded to just take the tops off the to-go containers and called us over to let us know to pick up our food. It's supposed to be a restaurant you walk in you order and then your food is taken to your table simple you have waitresses they can do that instead of just setting it on the counter and calling out. The staff is friendly but can do better. Now lets talk about the food...I ordered tacos and was given no limes. The chorizo taco was good. The taco de trompo was salty. The red salsa was not blended all the way through so it kept getting stuck in the nozzle I had to keep hitting it on the table so it wouldn't keep getting stuck. The tostada de pata needed more vinegar. Overall the food just didn't have that mexican sazón. It was ok but if you've had really good mexican food you'll understand. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here....
Read moreThis is my go-to for food if it’s been a long day at work and I don’t feel like cooking. While I’ve had many items on their menu, Tortas are their namesake, and boy do they deliver on it.
First, they are larger than most Tortas I’ve had. I can finish a full one, but my girlfriend can only eat half. Their meats are full of flavor, and do not get lost in the flavors of the other ingredients. My favorite is the Carne Asada (beef fajita) Torta, but if you’re feeling freaky and want to get weird with it, Al Pastor (pork marinated with pineapple & spices) is another awesome choice.
Some tips: if you’re planning on grabbing food to go, CALL AHEAD! They will have your food ready within 10 minutes, so it can be ready when you arrive. READ: hot sauce is much hotter than others, I poured it all over my torta on my first visit... it was almost too much for me, but I love heat. I’d start with a little, you can...
