The store employee named Shaun was extremely rude to me while I was trying to purchase two costumes. Another employee had mentioned the store having a 20% off coupon for me to use. She got very abrupt with me, rude, and very dismissive of her coworker as well. Really good experience turned really bad because of terrible customer service.
