I had a very disappointing experience at this AT&T store. Upon entering, the employee was on a FaceTime call and did not greet or acknowledge us. It wasn’t until her manager walked out that she ended the call and casually apologized, saying, "Hi, how can I help you?"
We inquired about the availability of the iPhone 16 Pro Max in black, and she informed us that the last one had been sold by her manager. We then asked to see the gold model, but she was reluctant to assist, claiming she couldn’t remove it from the display. We asked if we could return the next day to purchase it, should the black model be available, but she informed us they wouldn’t have any iPhones in stock until Tuesday.
During our visit, her friend called her again, and she took the call, leaving us waiting unattended. As we were leaving, she muttered something under her breath. Her manager, a woman, was equally unhelpful and unfriendly. She didn’t offer assistance or acknowledge us as she saw her employee being unprofessional.
This store felt empty and unkempt. I highly recommend avoiding...
Read moreI’m posting a couple days late. But this week it was time to get a new phone. My dad helps me out with my payments still so when we went in, we both had questions to make sure we knew what we were getting. Jesse, who was working both days I went in, was VERY helpful. He Sat there and answered any stupid questions we both had. He Walked my dad and I through the new phone and process of getting it set up. I was nervous to receive my phone via mail as I had no clue how to set it up. But Jesse made sure he sent me home with a few ways to easily set up my new pink IPhone 15 PLUS in less than 1 hour. I had to come back to the store when my new phone came in and Jesse helped me clear my old phone, find a case for me and even put on my camera lenses and phone protector. I’ve always had nothing but great service here- but Jesse was amazing and I’ll definitely be back if I have any other questions ( not that I will have questions since Jesse helped out a lot ) Thanks...
Read moreWorst experience ever. The young man working there should not be working with the public. He lacks customer service skills. I went in to get assistance with a new phone purchased from AT&T by my patents for my sister that is in assisted living. I was the only customer in the store and upon entering he was just sitting on a chair. I explained that I needed wifi to set up the phone and he informed me that due to COVID they no longer have wifi. What?!?! A store that sells phones should have the ability to assist with set up. I do not live in Dallas as I explained to him but he was unmoved. I asked if he knew somewhere near by that might have wifi and he said no, everyone has turned off their wifi because of COVID. Needless to say we still have a $700 phone and it isn’t working. I have NEVER experienced this type of service from an AT&T store. Time for him to go or...
