I hate this location. I've only been here twice and both experiences were TERRIBLE! The first time I was NOT greeted at the drive thru speaker. I was rushed and never given a total. There was only 1 other person in line, in front of me. So I'm not sure exactly what the rush was. I ended up pulling of due to the lack of customer service and the long wait. Today I arrived at the drive thru at 6:18am. Store opens at 6am. No one said anything or took my order at the speaker. I pulled up to the window and workers continued to walk pass the window as if I were invisible. No one would take my order. The manager was outside right next to the drive thru, she saw me pull up and still didn't stop what she was doing to make sure my order was taken. I let my window down, asked the manager if she worked there and she said yes. I asked her is they were open she said yes. I then asked if she could have someone come and take my order. She finally stopped what she was doing, came inside the store, didn't greet me or apologize for the long wait. I asked her what time they open, she replied "6am" I asked her if she knew what time it was. She replied "6:29am" I then asked her if she knew how long I was waiting. She said no, I said are you sure because you've been standing outside ever since I pulled up. I've been sitting here since 6:18. I didn't leave until 6:31. She must have given me the worst donuts she could find. There weren't warm even tho the "Hot Now" sign was on and they were small and hardly had any icing on them. They also were smushed. I order 4 original glazed donuts. How difficult could that be? I would never in life return to this location nor would I wish this experience on my...
Read moreWent to this location to try and get some doughnuts, spent 15.35 dollars for 4 doughnuts and lukewarm coffees which is somewhat fine, the pricing wasn't the issue but when i opened my box, all my doughnuts were gas station level cold. The icing was completely hardened to the doughnuts and they had an audible thud as i dropped them back into their box. I get it, FAFO, first in first out, i had the thought that these will be fine later but i really wanted a fresh glazed doughnut, i made the 30 minute trip to the only location local to me because i felt if i wanted a warm Krispy kreme doughnut, the only option is to go to their location. So i circled back around and asked the employee if i could PURCHASE (not exchange, not a refund but purchase) a fresher doughnut, i was told that location doesn't sell fresh doughnuts and if i wanted a warmer doughnut, i would have to go back between the time of 5pm to 7pm. I was told that location has no way to warm to the doughnuts so what you get is what you get. Insanely disappointed in that.
I'm unsure how many other people feel but at one point, Krispy kreme were the pinnacle of the glazed doughnut, it would blow my mind when someone hadn't tried a fresh out of the oil glazed doughnut and i would make trips to show people what they're missing out on, its pretty sad to see this is something thats either not in practice anymore or isn't offered at this location. At the window i asked if this was the only location left in dallas and i was told about their other location in Arlington, a full hour away from me. Its safe to say dallas doesn't have a Krispy kreme location anymore if this is how this location is ran which is a...

Great customer service Krispy Kreme.
Absolutely awful.
I drove to the drivethru at 7:05am this AM and waited. Car in front bailed as soo as he could get out of the line (4-5mins). I got to the speaker and waited, and waited, until the car in front left the pickup window, with nothing (4-5mins). I drove up to the window and flagged down a young woman working inside.
She said they were CLOSED (an hour after opening time) "due to a large catering order". I skipped the obvious question of how that is allowed to close the restaurant to driveup or walkup customers and asked why there was no sign. She claimed that someone had moved her 'cones' she had left to designate a closed drive up. As two more lost customers drove by me I repeated the question. I told her to put a sign up now, "look at the people you are inconveniencing" . She snapped that she couldn't care less and started prattling on about cones again.
Then she snapped that "she couldn't help me" and closed the window.
Obviously, this person should have never been authorized to serve the public. This restaurant wasted likely over an hour of the time of just the people I saw. God knows how many thosands of hours of all the people who were forced to go through a worthless wait.
Krispy Kreme treats its customers with contempt and I suspect a lot of those people, including me, will...
