Cowboy Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Been to many chicken establishments. First time at Cowboy Chicken. Nothing like biting into a raw bloody wing. I felt the raw piece of meat in my mouth and immediately spit it out. I showed the staff and they all wowed in disgust and immediately first thing they did was take pictures. Not caring about me and they offered no way to make it better. Some other customers saw and cancelled/changed their orders. I initiated and demanded my refund, but they said it would take 4-6 days to get back on my card. Ridiculous. Then they asked for my name and number so that the general manager can contact me. I then asked for the photo they took, but they didn’t want to give it to me saying that they can e-mail it to me... Excuses. I told them I need my proof because I had a feeling they were just going to sweep it under the rug like it never happened. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times, but they were beating around the bush the entire time saying she was busy. It’s almost as she was scared to come out. While I was standing there furious. The entire staff found it entertaining which was humiliating. As a manager in my own career field as well, thanks for being so poorly attentive to your first time customer who bit into a raw chicken wing. That night I had stomach pains until the following morning which resulted in no sleep. As a better who’s experienced food poisoning a few times in my life, this place has ruined wings for me forever. As a person who’s suffered tremendously this year from health issues, they put my health at risk. This is what happens when you get complacent at your job. Double check and verify. Today we went at lunchtime. Every time I go to Cowboys Chicken I get the original enchiladas w/twice baked potato. The original enchiladas were excellent. The green sauce they put on them is so good I used what's left for the twice baked potato. My wife got the lunch special, she said it was "just okay". Both are pictured.

My wife really likes the variety of non-carbonated drink options. Today she had the cucumber-jalapeno lemonade and really enjoyed it and said it was spicy. These too, are pictured.

Parking is always a little challenging during lunch, there is always a spot, just a lot of traffic in the parking lot. I also dinged the atmosphere in this review because the line to order goes through the dining area and today was all the way to the door. I guess it's the price of success.

Seating was available but very limited. I'm confident a party of four could have found a place to sit, with a little patience, but any parties larger would have most likely have found it challenging. We've been here on weekends for lunch and there has been plenty of space available, I think this is a weekday lunch issue. Tables were cleaned quickly, so they opened up as soon as someone left, and the food was also delivered to the table quickly....

PLEASE READI ordered delivery at this location by phone and I waited for my order to arrive. After an hour(estimated time), I called to check the status and was informed that no one took my order. I was terrified because I had given someone my credit card information by phone. I asked to speak to the manager which said the same thing. He asked his staff about my order, and found the guy who took my order. The guy took my order and did not put it in. The manager's name on duty was Chris. He told me there was nothing he could do because all the driver's went home. I'm so upset because I wasted my time waiting for food that would never arrive and was not offered any kind of resolution. I would have at least taken an apology which is something I cannot eat! However I know people are human and forget but at least admit that one of your staff members did not do what they were supposed to. I will never and I repeat NEVER order here again. I will tell everyone I know never to order from this place ever again and that's a lot of people! The food is good but if the service is horrible you won't see me again!

I still will not respond. I've sent an email over a month ago and received no response. No one is...
