Wins and loses with this place. They live up to their word and these are some very large boneless wings. They are indeed very good chicken strips, but I’m not complaining. The establishment isn't exactly easy to find but not too hard. Inside was festive and dim like every other wing bar. The one thing that stood out that is holding this place back, the service. It wasn't exactly bad, just not very attentive or customer oriented. For instance, my to go order didn't come with utensils so I asked. The waiter went to grab some When he brought the utensil bag I also asked for ketchup since the bag he brought didn't have any for my fries. As he walked away I also realized my drink didn't have a straw. The fries could have used a bit more seasoning but where cooked well. Both of my orders where cooked well. I ordered double lemon pepper and it tasted fairly lemon prepped. Unfortunately my side order was disappointing. I payed a decent bit more to upgrade to Mac and cheese tossed in Cajun seasoning. It was a very small portion and it wasn't tossed in seasoning but just had a bit sprinkled on top. If I knew I would be so small I would have stuck with the waffle fries. At least the Mac and cheese tasted well despite its small portion for the extra cost. Oh yea, and they make a darn good flavored lemonade. Maybe a bit too sweet but I'd rather have o that way and add a splash of water than not have enough flavor. I would eat here again and recommend to others.

I give this place 5 stars all around. The wings were on point. Way better than BWW. All the sauces to choose from from wet to dry rubs. We had a little of both. Could not have been more happy with my food. We got a 20 piece bone in wing. Hubby and I always share. Got to choose 4 different sauces/flavors. We went with spicy ranch, Korean BBQ was probably my favorite flavor. We also had the fried pickles and I was so happy to see they were pickle spears and not the pickle chips. Rare to find pickle spears these days for fried pickles. We also got an order of tots with queso on them and those were amazing as well. Tots were nice and crispy just like they should be. The whole experience was over the top. Food was fantastic, our waitress was so sweet and very good at her job. She brought her A Game. The manager T came over to speak with us for a little while just to see how things were. I admit it was my first time here and I was overly impressed with everything. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice little wing place. They do have an assortment of food items to choose from and everything looked delicious. Of course I would always go with wings. Although I'm sure all their food is top notch especially if the taste of the wings are anything to go off of. Another perk is all the beer they have on tap. I had a Blue Moon, but they have several options just like a wing place should!!!

Atmosphere: 5/5 --Great sportsbar vibe, multiple TVs Food: 5/5 --5 of each lemon pepper and spicy garlic Parmesan and fries) Price: 4/5 --I think I spent about $18 for everything which is a little more than your typical wing place Would come again! First time coming here and it was great. The wait can get ridiculous on sports night, unluckily for my friends and I, we came on the first night of preseasons so it was packed and we waited in the lobby for a little over an hour (this place gets packed!). The waitress was very nice and saw that it was our first time so she let us sample the different wing sauces. My friends and I basically got like 6 different sauces including the "fire in the hole" which is their hottest sauce. That one has a slow and steady rise in heat. It doesn't kick in until a minute into eating it and then your mouth might start to burn. My favorites were the mangonero, spicy garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper. Their fries were pretty good too. I got the 10 wing combo and it was about $18-$20 for everything tax and tip included. Come here with good friends and it will be a good time.

I actually used to work here . I’ll give the truth . So a few things . The management is extremely toxic . Like they will talk to you ANY kind of way but if you defend yourself, “you’re “ the problem. The majority of the servers are 23 and younger . I am 35. Old enough to be some of their mothers, and will not accept being talked to in a condescending or demeaning way.

They promote from within, but many of the managers are on average age 25Ish and honestly don’t like to actually manage. So, if you have a problem, they almost refused to go over there and greet the guest even though in the training manual, it says to consult a supervisor and they will go over there.

However, there are a few exceptions to this , Ron seems to actually care about his employees. Also , Roman is amazing. He can tell you what to do, but the way he speaks to the employees as with kindness and respect which makes you wanna do a better job.

John is a little bit in between it depends on what day it is.

And Myda - the GM is actually really cool and seems to genuinely care. And however, she needs to do a better job at training her managers because they are rude and condescending. Fortunately, for me I have a another job, but I couldn’t imagine being in a position to where I had to depend on Pluckers as my only source of income, because they will take advantage of that.

They take being clean very serious, and we had to wash our hands. Every time we came into the kitchen area.

The wing baskets were more rents than washed so those could probably be done better.

Overall you will make money if you work here I made an average $150-$200 a night. However the culture is extremely toxic. They preach teamwork but majority of the younger staff spend the night looking for whose “job” something is rather than just getting it done.

I actually bumped heads with a server because she was mad I was doing other people’s “job”

The cooks are amazing and they do a great job.

Make sure to tip your servers cause I promise they are going through hell...

Carlos Rodriguez, the hostess at this location is by far the most judgemental person against people with disabilities. Myself, husband, and daughter came to this location because we heard their wing were good. Walking into the door with our obvious service dogs. We asked for patio seating because of them. He immediately asked for our masks. According to guidelines if you are under 10 or have a medical condition masks are not required. Having service dogs, it should be known we have medical disabilities. He not only illegally asked to see our "medical card" to prove we have a medical disability. As we tried to explain the laws of the ADA, he was arguing with us. When we asked him if he even knew what the ADA was-he said NO! So this genius was arguing about something he knew zero about. This Carlos KID also stepped to my husband like he was going to try something and the manager had to intervene! The amount of disrespect was appalling! Then, a waitress by the name of Amber continued to stare, give dirty looks, point and run her mouth to other employees about us. Their were even other customers there standing up for us! We have NEVER been discriminated against and this is by far the worst feeling of anger and rage I have had. We decided to stay and eat because we drove 30 miles just for this food. But we will never come back to a place that is so discriminate! This sickened me! The managers were apologetic but I am sorry those employees deserved to be fired and I hope after my call into corporate they will be! And to be honest, the food was not worth the drive. All around a...

After three times of being turned away due to long wait times my girlfriend and I decided to join the yelp waitlist and get some wings. Once I showed up at my designated time of 6:32 I pull out my phone and see a notification that I had been removed from the waitlist, I go to the hostess and she rudely tells me that they have a “3 minute grace period” which is never advertised at any point on yelp or any of the text I had received, I assume this is something she just said because we don’t look like the rest of their clientele, Once I checked to see when I was removed from the waitlist to see if this grace period timeline added up it turns out I was removed at 6:27 FIVE MINUTES BEFORE I was supposed to check in. Once we questioned the hostess about this she magically got us back on the waitlist and seated. Despite our abysmal check in process we decided to still eat there, I wish we hadn’t. I was served wings with broken bones sticking out of them, this isn’t the first time this location has served me something like that, and it took 30 minutes to get a bottled beer. On top off all of this when I asked to put a playoff hockey game that was on ESPN 2 on I was told they don’t get that channel yet they have every other obscure sports channel and even had mls playoffs on FS2, so I know they get ESPN 2. Worst experience ever at a pluckers.

On top of all of this in previous visits I have been double charged and served food with feathers still on them absolutely unacceptable. If you want a good sports bar take your business literally...
