went to this store to do a jump upgrade. Adam the first representative that i saw looked at me then ran to the back and i didn't see anyone for about 20 minutes. payed out $350 to get my phone halfway payed off and then they went to process the upgrade. shortly after they told me it wouldn't work. i asked for a refund for the $350 and he said no way he could do that. at this point adam came back and they both got really close to me and told me i can leave in a threatening way. i told them i would call customer care to report their behavior and at that point one of them said they might know a workaround to get the refund processed. ended up getting the refund but their behavior was unacceptable. they kept interrupting me, making every excuse of why they couldn't help me do what i wanted to do. this was a very unpleasant experience. considering how much money i have spent there and to have this level of customer service is...

They waste your time calling tech support. They don’t care about their customers one bit. I canceled my service and this store refused to take the modem they rented to me back after their customer service told me to take it to them and they would handle it. The guy said he couldn’t be responsible for shipping it back with the ups label I’d been given. Read moreThe staff are extremely negligent. Chose not to help me on several different occasions due to the fact that Samsung would "ding" them for warranty claim. Chose every reason to decline my warranty even though T-Mobile sent them a phone to warranty out to me, I told customer care in detail about the issues I was having with my phone and they assured me I would be able to exchange it there. Multiple store accociates have the same level of poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the main T mobile locations, not this poor example of a third...
