Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered a pizza online. For my own convenience I paid online as well. Apparently that means no access to specials. The carryout special was not advertised online. I paid the regular full price of $19.49 but my pizza would have been $7.99 if I had not paid online. I was alerted to the discount I had missed out on when I arrived. I was told there was nothing the manager could do since I had paid online, I'm pretty sure that manager could have thought of something, likely just did not care to keep me as a customer. I assume the policy going forward will be to not mention missed discounts instead of finding a way to retain customers. Like other reviewers I will order future pizzas from Dominos(the stuffed cheesy bread is pretty great, better than stuffed crust). I like Pizza Hut pizza and I gave this location multiple tries but I really only had a good experience one of the four times I went there. I don't normally do this but I believe the pizza I ordered made me incredibly sick and that should be mentioned before it happens again. I ordered a thin crust and after eating some I noticed the crust seemed to have a mold taste without anything visual. I never could find the culprit (prolly ate it) but it later caused an stomach infection from what I had eaten. I threw the rest out. Please make every effort to make sure your dough is fresh. Although I have no evidence to go back to the store with, you have lost a customer because I can't trust your dough is fresh. While I appreciate the ability to possibly make my own penicillin because I have mouldy pieces of dough stuck in my intestines, I have to say the last 6 wks of tasting, and purping mold is just...

I'm erring on the side of four stars instead of three, the last pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut was hot and delicious but lacking on the "extra" topping I paid for. This time, I ordered off the deals menu and I understood what I was ordering; the pizza was still good as were the Boneless wings. However, I requested extra mushrooms and paid for extra mushrooms; not sure how they missed it but did not receive extra mushrooms (as evidenced by the picture, although it appears they did give me extra pineapple which I had also ordered). I will try ordering again, and I will put a note in the comment section to please pay attention to the extra toppings, as this is the second time that has happened.
