Just left. I need to calm down and will write up everything to send to corporate. I was very disrespected by the Manager Gloria when I went to replace my order that was wrong. She talked to me very disrespectful, and in front of my family.
She also talked to her staff very disrespectful while we were there. Very disrespectful. THIS ALONE SHOULD NOT NE TOLERATED.
To the staff there: DO NOT TAKE ANY DISRESPECT FROM GLORIA. We felt really bad for how we got talked to and how we witnessed some of y'all being talked to. Y'all need to record her, report her, and stand up for yourself. None of y'all have to take this type of behavior from her.
Gloria needs to be FIRED. Corporate needs to come in and question all the employees on how she treats them because I'm sure she is disrespectful to them all.
To the Manager Christian who was very professional and apologized for our order that was wrong. I want you to know Christian, we contacted you because we did not want any problems when getting out order replaced. When we came not only did Gloria give us problems, she was very disrespectful to us and the staff. Gloria also stated that you didn't jot anything down about my order that was wrong.
Christian, I also want you to know that Gloria stated that you do not have any authority as a Manager to accommodate me. Gloria stated that you have no authority! Gloria stated this to me, my family and in front of numerous employees. She basically made you look like crap. You definitely need to check her. AND, I GOT YOUR BACK AS A CUSTOMER.

Read moreI can't rate the food yet cuz I haven't ate it but the fact that we sat for almost 15 minutes ordered our food at 8:21 and I didn't see until it was about 8:33 that we still didn't get our food... Then going to check on it the only excuse they gave is that they thought it was online order which I don't understand how they thought that it was not that busy, the girl who took our order was standing right by the warmer... So I'm just not understanding how we had to wait so long and then go up to them and say something for us to get our food... Other restaurants will ask have you been helped or have you ordered yet but they didn't do anything... And then the girl who took our order just looking when she said something and I'm feeling like she told the manager that she thought it was an online order and it's like why would you lie like that... Just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it to your work place... And I say that because of the little bit of gossip I was able to hear... But regardless I know what it's like to work in restaurant and not once did I ever think to bring my personal life to work unless it's at work let the work drama affect you like that... And if y'all must know all it was was 2 taquitos and two honey butter biscuits... And based on the picture y'all please let me know how they thought this was an online order... Read moreOn tuesday dec 6th between the hours of 10.30 and 11.15pm i went to make a pick up inside the store for someone and encountered the rep named lupe. i gave the name and pick up items and then she asked me 5 times after that the same question which is who is the order is for. so i turned my phone around on the 6h time to present and show her but she would not look at the phone. but she continued to ask me who was the order for the 6th time. then when i asked her why don't she look at the app to confirm the person and not continue to ask me the same question she said that she don''t have to look at the phone and that's my job to tell her the person which i did for the 7th and 8th time. then she said that she didnt have the order. after that i asked her for her name and store number. after that she suddenly found the order in her system. in conclusion if this the leadership that whataburger hires to represent their company i blame corporate for no vetting these people for racial discrimination. this person needs to be fired asap! if i go to this store and still see this person named lupe still there as a manager, than i will find a way to put whataburger on blast for their bad hiring.. no reply is needed from this message...
