I've read some mixed reviews about Verl and her company so I want to set the record straight and give a few tips that can apply to any florist. Call the shop- DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. This will help you out because she and her staff are so creative and if you give them a budget then they can work with that. *If you order online then the bouquet may not come out as lush. This can be said of any online ordering for a florist. The online photos are a digital image- they aren't real flowers. Real flowers do not stand up as straight as they do in the online gallery. Verl and I have worked together for years! She and her staff worked on many events and fundraisers that I put together and I have never been disappointed. I had such strong confidence in Verl that I hired herto do my wedding flowers- and there were a lot of flowers in my wedding! Bouquets, ceremony flowers, reception centerpieces, sweetheart table flowers, etc. You get the idea. I was SO HAPPY with the floral arrangements! Verl is an artist and the BEST way to get AMAZING results is to trust her expertise and give her an idea (color, favorite flower) and let her run with it. Very disappointed in the service. Ordered my flowers online and it specifically said it would be "as shown in the picture". I even paid extra for the upgrade so the flowers would be more full and lush. When the flowers arrived, not only was it not the full and lush I ordered, it was less than even the flowers shown in the "regular" picture. When I called about my dissatisfaction, they first tried to make the excuse that they didn't have the right colors in the flowers. That was not my issue, my issue was I received what seems like half the amount of flowers I should have received. They kept trying to tell me I got exactly what I ordered. After much back and forth, I was told they would send another delivery the next day. When that delivery never came, I called back again the following day and was told that they're not delivering anything at all. Attention to detail and customer service from Mrs. Verl is unmatched! Mrs. Verl has helped me a couple of times now. I usually like to go into a shop and pick out the flowers but since I live in Florida and a young lady I was courting was is in Dallas, I wanted to find someone that I felt was going to deliver a quality product.

After a conversation with Mrs. Verl, I felt like she was even more excited than I was about putting together something my lady would like. In short she went above and beyond and delivered an arrangement that my girlfriend went crazy over. A couple months into our relationship and Ive been able to go back to her again and again knowing that I am in good hands.
