Macy's — Local services in Daly City

I purchased a Seiko Prospex Panda from the Jewelry department. The people working there seem unexperienced and unorganized. I had them resize the watch to fit my wrist, which took over 10 minutes with our service rep having to call over another to help with the process. After that i left to go grab some food at the 85 bakery around the corner. However the service rep follows us into the store and asks us to come back stating a piece might be loose or missing. Reluctantly i did and when i got there we spoke with two other reps which then stated it was fine. Then i finally left for good that day. The next day i was just checking it out again and guess what a pin falls out of the bracelet. Luckily i was not wearing it or it would have crashed onto the floor. I then look at the pin and it seems to be stripped, causing it to not have any holding power, probably from faulty installation. It seems this team only knows sales and nothing about actual watches or specialty items. Macys might be good for corporate fashion items but i would steer clear for any special items like...

Me and my family are never shopping here at this Macy. I was getting a perfume for my grandmother and the people Dior help me out it was an Asian lady and middle age women where she had her hair in a bun and was balding from the bottom and the person in the bun gave me way to many sample which was nice as I thought and decided to purchase the perfume but after that I showed the perfume to my father and he told me my grandmother was allergic to it and today I ask my father to return for me because I had work and when he went there the people at fragrance were extremely rude towards him and that same lady that gave me those sample told my dad that “she remeber me and why I was returning it and where the sample I gave her it was so many and I want it back now.”I never thought a person like that would be so cruel she didn’t need to know why I’m returning the perfume and I thought those sample were free. I really hope Macy...

I went in to this Macy's to avoid shipping fees and waiting for my product to arrive but I think i should have opted for having my items shipped instead. I went in to the fragrance department (DIOR) and the counter was unattended, not a big deal right?Well a lady from another counter finally noticed (after a 10 min wait)and sent over the person in charge of that counter. She very rudely asked if I was buying or just looking, so I told her what I wanted and asked if they had some kind of deal for that particular fragrance. She pointed at two bottles both the same size and gave me the price for both one was $105 the other $150 I asked what the difference was since they were both the exact same size and she turned around gave me her back and said "let me know when you decide", my boyfriend had finally had it at this point and said let's go! I ended up buying my fragrance elsewhere. Too bad for Macy's, low rate for hiring...
