Level 01 Video Games — Local services in Danbury

I've been to this store many times over the past year and a half and I'm a big fan of it. I've always enjoyed video games, especially old ones, and I'm glad this is a store that specializes in old/retro video games. Every time I've been to this store, the employees are friendly and like to engage in friendly conversations with customers, which I think is great for a video game store. What I also really like about this store is how much it offers. There are video games and accessories for a wide variety of different video game platforms. Not only does this place offer retro video games, but they also fix game cartridges that don't save data anymore. I have never tried this out personally because I haven't had a need to get a game cartridge fixed, but I think it's wonderful that it's something that can be done at this place. If anyone out there is a big fan of retro video games and or video game accessories, this place is a great option to choose. I've been going to the Danbury Fair Mall for over a decade and this store is my favorite in the entire mall. I had purchased a used fat PS2, a controller, and a used copy of Final Fantasy 7 from Level 01 and they weren't up to my standards and the disk #1 was scratched up on Final Fantasy 7 and wouldn't play. I went back to the store and complained about how my used fat PS2 had a couple scratches and defects on it, how the controller had a hole in the wiring with tape over it, and how my Final Fantasy 7 disk #1 was scratched and wouldn't play. The manager Nick immediately replaced the console with a better condition one and gave me another PS2 controller in better condition for free, he also said he was going to slap whoever put the defect PS2 package together which I really hope that he did. He then put my scratched Final Fantasy 7 disk in their $7000 dollar disk repair machine and it came out looking good as new and it plays 100% he did all of this for free and I was very pleased. I was also unhappy about the replacement controller they gave me so I bought another one that Nick gave me a discount on and it only ended up costing me $12 dollars. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for older consoles and games or anyone who needs a disk repaired. They have great customer service and Nick was very helpful.
