I wish I could give zero stars.
My husband and I were in the process of moving and had some questions about sizing/color. We went to this location, since we no longer lived by the location in Greenwich. One of the employees (young girl) drafted up a paper, of exactly what we needed to order, based on what we told her we wanted. When the couch came, we had 3 wrong size pillows — it happens, no big deal. We call the location in Danbury to tell them about the mistake and was told that we didn’t visit their location; there would have been something in the computer. They also said we would have to order new pieces on our dime and then we can send the others back, hopefully to get refunded. This would leave us without half a couch back, for 8-10 weeks, as those pillows were back ordered. When speaking to the manager, I was told the same thing. The manager (NAMED ANTHONY — remember me?) spoke to me in a way I have never been spoken to before. He was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Regardless of whose mistake it was (and it was 100 percent theirs), we were still paying 10K for a couch. Not only are you paying for a solid couch, but you are paying for helpful/professional customer service, etc. Not to be yelled at, over the phone, AS A CUSTOMER.
As a result of this entire situation, my husband went back to Greenwich, which is now 40 minutes from us; they fixed the issue right away. I hope this review turns people away from the Danbury location, as no one should be spoken to...
Read moreEverytime I go into this store everyone is so energetic and happy. They are so friendly and really take the time to understand your needs and answer all your questions. They don't appear to be commission based sales people so they are happy to sell you what you need not what they want. I really prefer to visit this place and purchase items rather than call them. The products here are so high quality and I have never had any issues here. They really take care of you and they take the time to follow up every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied from start to finish. The couches are a little more expensive here but it's totally worth it because you can change and move the parts around to accommodate what you need. I can move it to a bed or make it a long couch or make 2 couches or 2 couches and a chair. Its definately a product that you buy once and never need to again. If I was going to paint my walls or change a room in my house, I could just buy new covers to make it match.
Its worth a visit and with 0 percent financing it made the deal that...
Read moreI would like to offer a suggestion to the executives of Lovesac. I just just the shrink fit product for my LoveSac Bag, and it went well after I figured out the simplicity of this process. My suggestion would be to add one item to the instructions and the packet. A reusable Zip tie would come in handy, and not too expensive to add to this kit. The reason for this is that while twisting the plastic over and around the vacuum cleaner head, it is more advantages to secure the plastic to the vacuum head somehow. Options would be a strong rubber band, a slendor bungie cord, or the previous mentioned zip tie. After twisting the plastic around my vacuum head it was a loose fit with air escaping and no tight vacuum. A little bit cumbersome. By securing the plastic to the vacuum head with a bungie cord, I was able to secure a tight fit allowing for the process to complete within under 10 minutes. I hope this was helpful. I wanted to show this process on UTUBE but was already done when I thought about using this extra...
