UPDATE:
So two months in and my bill is not correct. I am still paying more than I am supposed to because they will not give me all of the credits I am supposed to have. I also had to make a claim on one of my phones that I lost. I called to make a claim and it was a $275 deductible - Verizon was only $100. With Verizon I made one phone call and had a new phone by 10:00 am the next morning. I am told it will be up to two days. Also since the phone was not inputted correctly in the system when I opened the account the insurance wouldn’t replace the phone with the same color. I tried calling AT&T to get them to correct it so I could get the right phone - they will not. They said I would have to go in the store. At this point, I would rather be shot. I will just deal with the wrong color phone.

I have never had a worse experience in my life with a company and it is primarily thanks to Jordan at this store. Jordan told me I needed a business plan because it was the best price for me. I got home to find out that the business plan had a two year contract, which I was not made aware of, and that AT&T said a "representative" had signed the contract for me. I then started an hours long ordeal to fix the situation, only to find out that business plans are more expensive and I needed a consumer plan. After talking to MULTIPLE reps and being disconnected from customer service multiple times, I was told that they would not give me a consumer line and the only thing I could do was cancel the account I had for less than 48 hours and find a new carrier. THIS WAS INSANE. I will never never never use another AT&T service as long as I have the option. I have never been treated worse. Read moreSuper disappointed in the amount of dishonesty that happened today. I purchased Apple Watches on BOGO and needed to return in the 14 day period. Earlier that morning one rep told me which ones were part of the BOGO so I could make sure I returned the correct watches. Then he told me he couldn’t only the employee who sold them to me. I don’t think this is accurate but it was fine I would just come back. However, when I returned the manager and the sales employee (who sold it to me)were 1.trying to convince me not to return them 2. Left to go to the back and came back out to tell me they couldn’t tell me which ones were part of the BOGO so I needed to just wait for my bill to come out at the end of this month to see. Well then I can’t return it. The manager said yes that is correct. I asked if I could call att and they said yes but you’ll waste your entire day on the phone trying to figure it out. The question is, how did the first guy know which ones were apart of the promotion? It’s on my receipt but when I asked the employee and manger they denied it. Here is my suggestion, next time you run into this issue either tell the truth or you do your job and call att and make sure you know which devices to return correctly. I am very disappointed in the lack of friendly and honest service but also the manager who is suppose to be the example would rather take a sale over telling the truth. Today is February 4th, and Clauzell transferred to Atlanta so he can be closed to his family. Happy for him but two things happened after my first review 😳 he didn’t tell me that don’t get the iPhone 12 with 64 GB memories because it’s not even enough to upland my info from iCloud so I end up come back to AT&T store to upgrade to 256 GB and pay $55 without even used my new phone 😡
Second, he told me I’ll have to upgrade to unlimited data plan to get the iPhone 12 and only $5 more than what I pay now. But two bills show I still on 4GB for $30 and when I ask the rep on 1/31/21 why my data plan didn’t show unlimited he said unlimited will be $65😩if I want of course I declined!!!
