Firehouse Subs Malbis — Restaurant in Daphne

Terrible experience. Went there and ordered a sub and a BLT. The person taking order said do you want bacon. Yes, BLT but with Mayo. We did not want sauce. Got home and bread had only bacon, nothing else. We called and told them and they said they would give us another. Ordered same thing on phone. Drove back and picked up order and got home and it was bacon and mayo...no lettuce or tomato. Called back and guy said that is what you ordered. Said why would I order a BLT and not want lettuce and tomato? Why would I drive back here and get the same thing again? Server said he called it back and we said yes. He called back a BLT with mayo. Asked to speak to manager. She basically said ame thing as the person who screwed up order twice. Does Firehouse know what BLT stands for? Never again. They have serious problems in communicating and how they treat customers when they make an error. We were offered a second free sandwich after manager argued that we must have ordered it that way. We declined after two trips there. Don't bother. There is another Firehouse in the shopping center by Longhorn in Daphne only minutes away. It is much better managed and better service. Lesson learned: Go to another business and always check your to go orders...

Generally love this company but this particular store I'm not impressed with. Ordered it to go order and the kids cookies were placed at the very bottom of the bag not just they slid down the side and that's how they ended up but they were underneath everything and I could already see they were all broken. Then they didn't include the kids milk and I had to just know to go and grab it out of the cooler because nobody bothered to talk to me or greet me or even say thank you for being a patron. I guess that's kind of the way it flows here. When I mentioned to the young man preparing the orders, do I need to specify that the cookie should be placed on top in order to prevent this from happening again, the woman behind the calendar decided to pipe up and say is that just happened sometimes because they fall down the side of the bag. I showed her the bottom of the bag and how it's underneath everything so it's not just a matter of falling down the side. It's actually on the bottom of the plastic bag underneath everything. Her response to us we cat guarantee that the cookies won't break. Well I can guarantee I'll never be back and I know that doesn't hurt them very much because they can just replace me with another patron but I can guarantee you word of mouth...

We ate here for lunch today and the staff was incredibly unfriendly. They weren’t necessarily rude when WE ordered.. but as we waited for our food we saw one specific older woman be so rude to numerous customers! It was really bad! She got noticeably angry when a really large group walked in (they were pretty busy at the time). Then one lady asked if she could get her cups to get drinks while she waited for her order and the old woman yelled at her saying they have way too many online orders so she needs to wait. A few minutes later she YELLED from behind the counter that that same lady had too many chips and was freaking out yelling at the staff to go get the chips back- it was SO BIZARRE!!! We all felt soooo bad for this woman who had a little girl with her.. we had small talk with her in line before all of this and she was so nice. The lady was apologetic saying she thought the kids meal came with chips but that old woman looked like she wanted to spit on her. It made the whole place so uncomfortable. Once we got our order my sandwich came out wrong but I was definitely too scared to even mention it lol. I won’t be back to...
