I ordered a phone through my cell phone provider and one of the employee's answered a phone call and rerouted my new cell phone to Miami, FL (800 miles away from original delivery location). The person on the phone per the employee had a thick accent and sounded like a man (My name is Lauren). That employee accepted a prepaid label via a bogus email address and shipped my package out the same day.
The Employee did this without verifying identity or seeing/speaking to me in person.
Now if you have worked in customer service before you know the no.1 rule is no changes over the phone. This employee made a giant mistake that could have costed me over $1000.
Fortunately, my phone provider took care of me.

We made an appointment for today for a notary and even stated it was for absentee ballot help in our appointment request from last we week. We got a confirmation that the appointment was good to go. We got got there, had to wait for the appointment, which we were on time for only to be told that they donāt do absentee voting because the state says it has to be free. So they choose to be unpatriotic and refuse to help senior citizens with voting. Now they could have saved us time if they contacted ahead of time they donāt do this, or blasted it on the website, but the fact that itās not publicly announced by the company makes me question the motives.
