Brody has went to this dentist office for a while now and thus far everything has went as planned, however something that wasn't supposed to happen, happened...his spacer on the left side came out idk how or why, but now he was a piece of metal stuck in his mouth because the other side is still attached he can't eat and barley talk. I need help this is definitely something that wasn't expected from what I was told when it was done, however I've left messages as well as put in an appt. online for tomorrow to get this fixed asap my son is in pain and since there is no other way to get him help I've had to wait until this office was open. I went to urgent care, the ER, called emergency numbers for other dentist offices and no one can help so my rating would be 5 star if it wasn't for this I guess depending on how fast they call me tomorrow and get me and my son up there to help him depends on whether my rating changes. The ppl at this office are so nice and he loves his dentist, but he's very scared right now we need help this has to be an emergency to this office. Im hoping they ask me to bring him in first thing in the morning. I pray they help him tomorrow. Other than this I would recommend this office. Ok update they literally called me back the next morning at around 6:30am to let me know they could help my son that day we went in to our appt and it only took 5 min tops the best appt ever. I recommend this place 5 star they are incredible with kids and do a great job w dental work thank you guys so much for making my sons appts so easy and making sure he isn't scared of the dentist lol. I'm very fair when I post my reviews love the dentist area I'm not from here second time visiting for my daughter. My daughter visited back around Dec of last year ok I was fine with that dentist this trip around I wasn't found at all different dentist alright like I said I'm very fair give ppl chances well this dentist treated me as if I neglected my daughters teeth not the case at all my daughter has a rare genetic teeth disorder grilling me when was the last time she brushed her teeth my dauhas autism alright she had this issue as far as when she started teething she gets calcium built up I even my oldest daughter even made concern in Dec to have this fixed but because I couldn't afford to pay to sedate her I have to wait for the hospital to call , firstly never insult me in front of my daughter I know more about her disorder obviously because he didn't even know what her disease is he prompted me to call her old dentist cus I said I would call because I'm her mom and I love her if your a dentist know every single type of dental disease a patient might have you made her feel uncomfortable with your actions and in sorry I'm a NYER I won't tolerate that behavior unprofessional she is self conscious as is acting like a fool isn't gonna cut it period be more warming and listen to my concerns and needs of my child not act like you know because you have a degree cuz if that were the car you'd understand what I said wass the truth instead of grilling me because you have a degree I will not see this dentist again either before insult my intelligence know your own stuff before coming at me like your a cop if your gonna work on my children be...

I'm not sure how I feel abt our appointments. They have been coming to this office over a year..transferred from the mooresville office, closer to home. I did not recognize anyone that has usually been there. The staff always knew these kids. Evidently, something was wrong with the machine on Isaiah, he had the foam all over his face, floor n on the dental hygienist. He just layed there without anyone saying anything to him. (13yrs). The 10yr old was taken which was to be xray. I wasn't told, or asked to accompany her? Paisleigh,is 10 she's very little, weighs 52lbs n has a very small mouth. Paisleigh told me it hurt because of her having to bite down.The other staff knows she has problems with xrays.. only thing I was told abt her was needing to floss more.? The 15yr old, she was told she had even more cavities than last time n more. The Dentist never spoke directly to me. I was asked 3xs who was I? Mawmaw!! These children have been coming to this pratice from mooresville to this 1 when it open since these kids were 2,5,7. They are on medicaid because they are adopted siblings. My husband and I were retired when we foster cared n then adopted. Now there ages are 10, 13 n 15years old. Of course, the past employees knew us. So, I guess I was totally caught off guard on this visit. Seriously, none of the children was happy when we left...they asked to go out n wait in car for me. I would apologize if the kids were wiggly, not doing what was asked? Or just misbehaving...but they were not doing anything wrong. As I said at the beginning? I'm just not sure? Confused? Thank...
