Over the years, I purchased many gifts for my family, relatives and friends of all ages the custom , beautiful and uniquely made sterling silver and gemstones jewelries and much more. They carry unique and priceless gifts and collectables items from different countries (fair trade goods).

They have many selections, many choices of designs, and they are all made by hand and the price is very reasonable as well. I can feel and appreciate the great products and quality and cherish this one of kind and unique store in our locality and Northern California. I can't imagined how much it cost to fly to these countries to buy (Air fare, lodging, meals and taxi to these artisans etc).

I had a great experience and received great outstanding customer service despite there were more then 6 customers in the store, great price. Once more, their service (both lady and gentleman) was wonderful and patient with me despite my many endless checking items from different shelfs. I could't be happier with my new necklace / pendant and earring. I would definitely do business or buy gifts with them again.

The lady is very supportive, polite, have patience and very professional in interactions with customers. She is very professional and courteous at all time.

The store is truly a reflection of the world because items they sells are very unique in nature. HG is fun atmosphere and get chance to listen great musics. They posses the integrity, generosity and human to set high goals and the commitment to customer service and quality.

All in all, a sweet experience (not just a special and unique store. It is an educational place to learn about gemstones, art, books and many more things). I am more than pleased and I would telling my friends and highly recommend everyone who looks for unique items (Sterling silver and gemstones jewelries etc).

I purchased a pair of earings about 2 weeks ago. The only reason why I purchased them was because I was told that they were sterling silver and because I hate having to deal with brass or plated earings turning my ears green if I wear them too often.
