Don’t recall the last time we were in a jewelry store, but we were shopping for wedding bands. The reviews on Yelp and Google appeared promising and Lu’Ro’s website had an impressive “Band Builder” that gave us a great introduction to the many options. It was not as daunting as we feared, and Diego was a friendly and incredible source of information, and very helpful with insights that we hadn’t really thought about. And absolutely no sales pressures whatsoever! Once deciding on the rings, we were fitted on the spot, and placed the order. Easier than imagined! And the rings came in much sooner than expected! After receiving the call that the rings were in, I picked them both up myself. Jose was also very friendly and professional, again explaining the lifetime warranty. As I was leaving the store, Diego was returning from an errand and not only remembered my name, but my partner’s name as well, having only met us once earlier in the week. There is a reason why Lu'Ro won Best Readers Choice in Yolo County! Being new to Davis as of a year ago I went to every single jewelry store before finding Lu'Ro. Jose and Deigo are great! They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and are gifted jewelers. I have taken no less than 10 watches to be sized here. I have never had an issue with any of them. They are fast, efficient and affordable. I also had a couple of diamond items put on consignment by them which sold and I was taken care of in an extremely professional and fair manner. I recently purchased an upgrade on a wedding band and also had a ring fixed at Lu'Ro Jewelers. The quality of the band, the level of service and the expertise was impressive. Diego took the time to explain all the options and made excellent recommendations. There wasn't any pressure to buy or to pay more at all. I really like how Diego wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted and would make me happy. I am so pleased to find a local jewelry shop which is invested in it's customers.
