Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Daytona Beach

I was very disappointed as I am always when I come to this location. Not only are they very pushy with selling their products. They left me and my daughter in the changing room for about 20 minutes waiting for them to assist my daughter with a fitting. They kept changing the person that was helping us every time they came back they had no clue as to what they were doing. They never have larger woman size I can only find them online. Not to mention when we got to the cashier she did not know how to work the register. This part was very sad because I ended up taking off several items from my purchase because of this. When the cashier called for help on her radio no one came to assist her. I waited another 15 to 20 minutes waiting to see if someone would come help. But in my opinion they are too busy trying to get sells and getting customers to sign up for their credit cards they don’t pay attention to the actual customers. This is not my first time being disappointed by this store I have more horrible experience but this time my daughter was with me so that did trigger me to write this review. I do love the Victoria secret products but they really need to work on their store staff and customer service experience. The cashier tried to charge me full price for an item that was on sale that the store clerk pointed out and I asked her more than once was it on sale. It was all around a bad experience. It was an experience. I can't say good or bad. I go into pink section of entire store 1st through the mall and two VS staff members are holding conversations from across the room, I picked up 5 pairs of panties from the 5/30 section and no one offered me a bag to put them nor did I see them throughout the store to put them in there. I picked up a sale item and in the VS part of the store I picked up body spray, my hands being still full only 1 staff from that part of the store asked if I found everything I needed. She was nice, but the cashier, as I was checking out, had no personality. Didn't even wrap the pieces like I hoped. Every time I go to any VS location, the experience is wrapping the clothes. it's the experience I'm coming for. She had a whole stack of those tissue papers. I had to ask if she could just put 1 over the top to cover the items so nothing could fall through onto my newly purchased items. I still love VS maybe this location just needs re-training on...

The staff was friendly and helpful and you can order DD bras to pick up in store for most of the inventory something that the staff informed me of. Descent prices for Victoria Secrets however, would give five stars if they had an Inventory in stick at the location to purchase and go same day. I find that the mall specialty stores lose a lot of customers and repeat business because they do not have any inventory for plus size persons not even one line of clothing or bathing suits or accessories such as belts. This is an overlooked large market of people who even for one line of items would purchase at many stores that currently have sizes up to sz12. I am a plus size woman and have a couple nieces and nephews that are plus size teens and I have left a store without a purchase because there are 100 small items for every item and 3 plus size items perse and all sold to the first three people who find them.
