I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with this company. Before visiting their kiosk at the Volusia Mall, I called to confirm if they could embroider a specific type of hat (Flexfit Delta) and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arriving, we negotiated the price of digitizing and agreed that I would need to see a sample before placing the order. They informed me that it would take 3 days to complete, as the quantity was less than 10.
When I returned for the sample, it wasn't perfect, but they manually adjusted the stitching to make it look good, so I approved it and placed the order. At this point, I reminded them of our deadline due to travel arrangements, and they confirmed the agreed-upon turnaround time.
Later that night, they called to inform me that they had worked after-hours to complete the order ahead of the deadline. I was excited until I arrived to find that not only was the order ruined, but so were the hats I purchased for it. After speaking with other vendors and customers, we all agreed that the quality of work was poor.
Despite this, the company only agreed to replace two hats if I returned with additional hats to complete the order. I agreed but requested to see the replacement hats before agreeing to continue with them. They agreed, but it's been two weeks, and I have yet to receive a phone call from them. Our property was destroyed, and we had to seek another company to complete the order correctly and on time.
If you have any special orders, I highly recommend avoiding this company altogether. Not only did we lose the cost of the original hats and digitizing, but we also had to pay for another company to fix the order. It's not worth the hassle...
Read moreThis place is awful. This is the second time I have tried to use their services. They never pick up the phone. I took a chance and drove here and while the machines were running the guy was no where to be found. Waited about 10 minutes and decided to call the number again. To my utter shock the phone does work, I could see my number pop up on the phone that was at the kiosk. How long has this guy been missing? Just as another customer was asking me for help, the guy finally comes over. As I am telling him what I want he starts taking apart the bag around the item I want embroidered. As he’s half way through opening it he tells me it will be a six day wait. Why was he opening my item if he wasn’t going to work on it? I just can’t with this place, there has to be another...

When I went to drop off my shirts at this embroidery shop there was a sign that said drop them off at the business next door so I did. 2 days passed and I didn't get a call from the embroidery shop for any update on my shirts. When I called to and I called to get an update they continuously told me they would check and call me back. I never got a return call from anyone and the last time that I called the customer service representative at the shop was very rude and ask me how many times do they have to tell us that they don't have items. The employee was very unprofessional, I will be finding a new place to get my items...
