I just wanted to start off by saying that I had a marvelous experience at Betsy's bridal. I knew I was in very good hands when Betsy along with her wonderful staff made sure that all my needs were met and that I was well taken care of. My family were also very pleased with the good customer service at Betsy's Bridal. I had purchased my wedding gown at Betsy's which came in a size 10 and she was able to bring it down to a size 2 just in time before my wedding. The alterations and bustling she did on my gown were amazing. This lady can even construct a wedding gown from scratch, she's that good. She had constructed a couple of wedding dresses from scratch that my friends wore to their weddings and I was very amazed at how beautiful these gowns looked and at the hard work and time Betsy put into designing these beautiful dresses. I also purchased my bridal shower gown from her and she did an amazing job altering it as well. My sisters as well as my cousins ordered their bridesmaids dresses for my wedding at Betsy' who helped them buy the designer dresses they were looking for at a reasonable price by Sherri Hill. She even helped the mother of the bride find an amazing dress where she even went over and beyond for my mother and added tons more of sequence on the already sequenced Jovoni dress because my mother wanted it to look blinging and it did look amazing after Betsy's staff worked their magic. All I can say is that Betsy is very honest and will give you her honest opinion and will work hard to get you what you are looking for despite what others have said about her in their reviews. Betsy is amazing regardless of what others say about her. I truely respect and trust Betsy a hundred percent. In addition, my beautiful gorgeous sister is going to be getting married very soon and my family along with my cousins have already placed another order on another set of beautiful bridemaids dresses to wear at Betsy's, can't wait. Amazing service! Betsy (owner) helped my sister (bride) and was extremely patient with her. After having a horrendous experience at a previous bridal store that left my sister dress less, her wedding was in 3 weeks. The previous bridal salon ordered the wrong dress and refused to help my sister. But Betsy's Bridal saved the day they worked above and beyond in making sure my sister had a dress of her dreams.

Betsy worked on all hours in making sure my sister dress was delivered on time, just in case they need to make any alterations on her wedding gown. She had the dress shipped from overseas on a plane in less then a week my sister had her wedding dress and she had plenty of time to make any alterations. Betsy really cares about making sure the bride is happy and satisfied.

Betsy and her staff are top- notched professionals that know their stuff and are well versed in the wedding industry. Even in the last minute Betsy continued to help and assist my sister on her wedding day Betsy sent one of her employees to help my sister in her wedding gown, making sure the dress looked perfect!

I can’t thank Betsy and her staff (Shai and Justine) enough for helping to calm my sister’s nerves and making my sister’s wedding day come true.

It was the worst experience, I bought a gorgeous dress for my wedding from this store In the beginning Betsy was very nice and talked a lot about herself how much she is professional, I got my dress ready before a day from the wedding and didn’t check it or try it before I take it because before a day I tried it and it was needed some adjustment in length and steaming, I trusted her and couldn’t try it after that, in the wedding day it was shocking, first thing when I put on the dress the button went off, then I found many pins in the dress and a big tear in the fabric, the layers were inconsistent and the length was not equal, my time wasted removing pins and fixing the button and checking the dress then I got the photo session at night because of that. I went to tell her then she turned from a nice person to an incredibly disrespectful one, she is so rude and mean and she talked with me in a rude and disrespectful way, even though I made her see the evidence to make sure because the photographer filmed it all.
