In an attempt to support a local business I reluctantly went back to this place after a bad experience a year ago. I wanted 4 tires and an alignment. On a Friday when I got the call my tires were in I had asked when can I get the work done. I was told be there at 2. I got there at 1:50. At 2:45 they finally pulled my vehicle in. At 5, there COB the dude behind the counter said it was just about done. Then I asked how’s the alignment look? He told me they can’t align it as the alignment guy, (by no means would I call anyone in that building a mechanic or technician) when home sick and to come back first thing Monday. Fast forward to Monday morning I got there when they opened, gave them a few minutes to open and get coffee. I gave them my keys, 30 more minutes pass before the good ol boy comes out to get my vehicle. The appearance of this kid was deplorable. Crummy looking uniform pants tucked into his boots and dragging his feet like he was an 80 yr old war vet. An hour goes by and my alignment is complete. I pay the $100+ and head down the road. There was a big muddy foot print on the door jam, mud in my carpet and grease on my wheel. But, what really pissed me off was my wheel was crooked. I didn’t have the time to turn around right then to have them fix it as I was hot from the condition I received my vehicle back from them. Later that day I had the opportunity to go back and at least try to get my alignment redone, correctly. Nope, they just adjusted the drag link in an attempt to get the wheel straight, but they took it too far and now my wheel is crooked the other way. A few days after all of that I was under my vehicle checking something and I had noticed that these clowns damaged the inside of all 4 of my wheels, they gouged the aluminum with their tire machine and took a chunk out of the lip on on th backside of one of the wheels.
TLDR; They just want your money, no pride in themselves or...
Read moreI do take reviews seriously.... And it pains me to make this review. I took my 2015 Ford expedition to then to run a diagnostic. On the phone he said he would have them look at at and call me if they needed to do further investigation into it before they changed me anything. Went to pick it up and that charged me over 160$ and it was running worse when I left , took it to the Ford place which was over 200$ for another diagnostic, they found a cracked spark plug which explains why it was running worse when I left the first shop . Long story short Tire store and service center said I needed a whole new motor ! Which was very inaccurate. So I went to get a refund from them and they wouldn't give a refund.I would not have asked if I didn't think it was warranted..... Turns out I simply have turbo issues, not a whole motor issue. Yes he did say he would help me out in the future but no thank you , if you would have simply refunded my money for the entirely wrong diagnostics and not cracked a spark plug maybe .With that said I can not recommend this company with anything...
Read moreI have a 2005 Dodge ram 1500, I replaced upper and lower ball joints, the upper ball joint replacement includes replacing the upper control arm, the upper control arm controls the caster and camber on the front end alignment, adjusting caster and Camber and toe are the three items that consist of aligning a front end, I was told that the alignment would be 89.95, a few minutes later they came back in and told me they had to charge me a quarter hour labor extra ( $ 22.50 ) because they had to adjust the upper control arm , this is part of a normal alignment for this vehicle and I should not have been charged extra for what is normal and typical , if they had worked on these vehicles before they would know what is entailed to do the alignment correctly, I was not happy when I was told I had to pay extra for what should have been a normal routine alignment , I think this was just a scam to collect...
