I usually go to this KFC because it's clean and nice. Unfortunatly last Wednesday 02/10/2021 around 8pm, I saw something I wish I didn't see. I ordered a $20 fill up as usual. I had to park and wait on the side for my order to be ready. I was parked facing the drive thru. While I was waiting I saw one of the employees that was serving chicken drop one to the floor. And then I saw her bend down, pick it up and put it back on the serving rack. First I was in disbelief, I thought maybe there is a counter and the chicken fell there, but then I remember she completely bend down to pick it up. I decided to walk to the service window to see if there was a counter, but no. I confirmed it did fell to the floor and she picked it up. Something I need to add, is that other employees saw her actions and did NOTHING. I decided to talk to the employee that was attending in the window. She did not deny it, apologized and told me to call Annette who is the manager next day for a free meal. I really don't care about the free meal, but it's very disappointing that KFC allows this to happen and does not hold employees accountable. Specially during this pandemic. I am appalled and disgusted. That chicken was there mixed with the rest, and they did nothing. Not even sure if they served it to me or the next customer. The manager or worker I dont know what she is but anyways such a bad attitude and people skills, we asked about a deal that we saw online and she said that “ whatever is online’s is online”. Therefore, we told her that never mind we were gonna order off the menu in person. She had a horrible attitude and proceeded to ask us if we were gonna pay in cash or card we replied with “ we have both” and she said “these are the debit ones”, pointing at the front register. She continued with her bad attitude while starting to take our order. Realizing her lack of customer service skills, we decided to stop ordering and say nevermind cancel out order, thank you. My friend and I ordered food to eat inside the restaurant and they made a mistake on the order, when we went to the counter and asked them to make the correction one of the server insisted that they had not made mistake when the food inside the box was not what was on the receipt. After the server refused to make the change the manager approached and insisted that no mistake was made so I said just give us a refund, they made the refund on the incorrect order and continue to argue.
