Party City — Local services in Deerfield Township

Very poor delivery service. I ordered balloons and some soccer themed party stuff for my son’s birthday at main event. I ordered this online where they gave me a delivery option. I selected main event for delivery. The only items they delivered were the balloons. None of the other stuff was delivered. When I called, they said that the delivery driver did not know as there was no indication on the other items that they were together! My entire order was a delivery order which I placed in one go so it was one order! We were so disappointed! They offered to get the stuff delivered but it was too late by then as the party time had started! We had to use main events multi colored plates and white napkins for our party instead of the soccer themed plates and napkins I had ordered! We has to do without the banner and just make do with the balloons. Party city did refund my money but I had to go in store for that! And it didn’t matter our party was ruined already. I am highly disappointed and did not expect this...

Overpriced! I wanted to buy two rolls of plastic tablecloths, online $14. Great. Mason location claimed not to have gold, so I went to the one in Kenwood. They had the gold, but not the red. Ok, bought the gold for $14, went to Mason. They did actually have the gold, so inventory system sucks. But the real problem $20 per roll! 40% more than online and other stores! And they won’t price match their own website! So I order online for pick up. Got it placed in minutes, they won’t let me take order. They won’t check to see if it has come through. Also, random small tablecloth is $3.50 online, $4.50 in store, 28% more. Bottom line, DO NOT walk into the store to buy anything, unless you want to pay 30-40% more than online! Shop other...

I went to get balloons for a princess party. The tag on the isle said free helium inflation with purchase. The cashier super slow and didn't know about the offer. She started complaining about not having her glasses to every person that came to her because her dog ate them.

I needed to pay for my purchase and get in line again with the hopes that another person could help me. Fortunately enough the other person was very helpful.
