The selection is ok in this store for sure but I had a bad customer service experience in there that I want to share with you.
I took a shirt from clearance aisle that was $10 When I wanted to checkout, the cashier told me respectfully the sticker isn’t for the shirt and the price is $12.99, I said that’s ok but because it wasn’t first time that happened for me I wanna talk with your manager and share the problem with her, because I spent long time to choose the shirt and I don’t have time to find something else and secondly it happened for me before in this store.
Again I insisted the price isn’t an issue at all.
She called Chantalle(the ASST MGR) and she came downstairs after 15 min or more! She checked the sticker then was standing in front of me just said with rudeness the price is 12.99 you want it or no!
I was shocked how much someone could be rude, I explained to her the price isn’t issue at all it’s just $2 more but customer time does matter, I always even donate in this store why they haven’t checked the price, it is so disrespectful but unfortunately she was making fun of me and my accent, in overall I’m not into making drama or something like that but this time I feel so bad and frustrated because of her rudeness!
I have a request from General Manager in this store, CHANTALLE was a really rude person please reconsider about her working situation or transfer her to the area that she’s from, she couldn’t be from this...
Read moreWhy is it every time I come in the store to make a return I feel like I’m being treated like a criminal? I came in today to make several returns after spending several hundred dollars on new summer clothes and things for my home over the last three months.
The young man who helped me was very nice. He’s waited on me before at check out and he is very sweet. However, the manager that came over to check my return was curt, snotty and I felt she was investigating me.
I was irritated that I had to wait for her to check off every item after the return was run through the register AND I had taken the time to separate the items by receipt so it would be easier for the cashier. I keep telling myself think twice before continuing to patronize this TJ Maxx, Marshalls HomeGoods brand the service is inferior and the apparel is just ok anymore.

I was in the store mind you I do have several visible tattoos and I may dress kind of loud but thats no reason to be blatantly followed.
